Outstanding professional trainer. Like many, i needed to lose weight, get healthier.. this has been a struggle. tryed gyms, trainers, group classes and i just dropped out. i found June at Lean images personal training and thought, i am going to try one more time...

Tough Workout. Lean Images and SWAT Boot camp are awesome. i did that tabata workout and got my butt kicked... i love it.. i have also done the bootcamp and every workout was different.. I got a great strength workout and the drill bought my heart rate higher than lots of running...

Not a lot of running which is what i also loved... i wanted a workout to really push me that i cant do on my own. I can run on my own...

Love LEAN IMAGES!. I love my results! lost 25 pounds, 8% bodyfat and 3 dress sizes. June teaches correct form and intensity. She is very big on increasing metabolic rates to keep the body burning calories and fat all the time... it has been 2 years and i have maintained my results.
