pretty place, no results and high bill.. Very pretty office in a nice location but overall I think that is why it's so expensive. I got a general recomendation, no prescription, she said to come back after I started birth control?And I got a huge bill which we paid twice by accident and never received that payment back. I wouldn't go back or reccomend it to a friend. I expected someone to help me with this acne problem and unfortunately they didn't get me any results.

Great Experience. I recently attended the "open house" at the Round Rock location of Westlake Dermatology. I took advantage of the reduced Botox rate, and have been very pleased with the results thus far (this was my first treatment). Dr. Vander Straten is courteous, professional and informative. Although I was a bit skiddish during part of the treatment she was patient and talked me through the procedure. She also didn't try to talk me into getting more than I wanted or needed, and did exactly what I had requested. The staff is also very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family, and I will go back even when the rates are a little higher, which are still very competitive.
