ok for older kids, no patience with little ones. Positive: no need for appointments! Just go when you can! Nice facilities and convenient location

Negative: staff has no patience at all with little ones

I was there with my 2 year old. He was scared and did not cooperate.

Instead of taking it slow to calm him down and get him used to the idea, the hair dresser (Julie) was in a hurry, looked angry from the start, was rude to me, had no patience at all to slow down.

The receptionist was kind and tried to smooth things out.

There were no kids waiting and there was no reason the hairdresser could not take some time to win my son over. But she was not interested at all. As soon as I told her to stop cutting, she walked to the receptionist while I was cleaning up my son and complained about us, then walked to the back room to read her magazine.

I guess she never heard of customer service...

I'd expect my employees to be kind to a customer even if they did not like the person. She made sure to show that we were "just a pain in the neck".

I think she has no business working there...

Now we will go back to the other place, despite the fact that we need to make appointments.

Too bad, the location and facilities are very nice.

May be I will check in a few months to see if the staff changed.
