Our pool was in bad shape before the guys at Swimplicity got their hands on it. They have transformed our pool into an oasis. We had a severe problem with algae and they were able to bring it back to its' former glory. Plus they were the 2nd pool company we had tried. The first company was useless and cost more. We have used Swimplicity for a year now and we are very thrilled with their service.

We must admit that we did miss an appointment with this customer. This is not a regularly occuring problem with our company. During our busy season a mistake was made and we have attempted to contact this customer to make amends. Unfortunately we have been unable to reach anyone. This is a lesson learned that we hope will make future service better.
