In the past three years, I have made several visits to SnyDerma with the most recent being about a year or two ago. I enjoyed my visits so much that I recently referred a friend for a microdermabrasion and mentioned the online coupons. (Note: This was her first time ever seeing a dermatologist.) She booked an online appointment with the intention of only receiving a microdermabrasion. During the visit, she noticed that they were doing more than what she asked for, but she assumed it was all part of the $65.00 deal. When it was time to pay, the clerk told her the total would be $210.00. My friend informed her that she only expected a $65.00 charge for the microdermabrasion. The clerk said that since she saw the doctor, there was nothing they could do; this resulted in my friend paying with her tuition reimbursement. After my friend told me about this, we called together to see if they could refund the difference and charge a cancellation fee for the doctor visit. The office manager offered three free microdermabrasions. We declined because the doctor, or anyone else for that matter, failed to verify the services my friend had intended to receive. After much debate with the office manager, she said she would call back. When she called back, the office manager spoke with my friend. She called me immediately after their conversation and said that the office manager would report us for attempting to commit fraud. According to the office manager, it seemed that we were trying to get something for nothing. At this point, my feelings towards the company became bitter. I called and spoke with the office manager the following day. I told her I only tried to help my friend and that she had no right to call me a criminal for doing so. The office manager assumed based off of my personal information and I'm assuming our appearance, that we had some sort of criminal intention. I only say this because she had no evidence that we were attempting to receive free services. She merely assumed.

Talented Dermatologist, Spot on with Treatment, Must See. I have been treated by both Dr. Renee Snyder and Dr. Ned Snyder. I would give them both 5 stars, they are truly excellent at their craft and I am more than thrilled at my results.

I I use these sites often to learn more about surgeons and I can honestly say that Dr. Renee and Ned Snyder are excellent phyisicians and are truly a must see.

Dr. Renee Snyder is spot on with her treatment technique. I have had bad melasma on my face after having kids. She is honest and up front about my treatment options setting my expectations appropriately. In addition, she is does not try to sell you everything under the sun for skin care. She tells you what you need to use that truly works. She is truly and artist with botox and filler. I as well as several of my friends go to her and they do not look frozen from Botox. It is amazing what a natural, refreshed look she can give you with Botox and filler. I have not found anyone who does botox and filler better than her.

I also have had two laser treatments done and both have been well worth the money. Rachel who runs the laser is exceptional at her job. Lastly, I had several benign bumps under and over my eyes. I have been to 4 dermatologists for them and all told me there was nothing they could do. Dr. Renee Snyder knew exactly what to do and treated my spots and corrected them. I am thrilled as I was quite self conscience and now they are gone. If I had not gone to her I would have lived with these bumps thinking that nothing could be done as others have told me so.

I had a breast augmentation in my twenties and needed another one after two kids. I am very picky when choosing a plastic surgeon and dermatologist. Dr. Ned Snyder specializes in breast augmentation and I can tell by the results of my breast aug.. I was absolutely THRILLED with Dr. Ned Snyder and my breast augmentation. Dr. Ned listened to my needs and did exactly what I wanted with my breast aug. My breasts are natural looking and were very conservatively done, exactly what I had asked him to do.

In addition, he performed liposuction on my stomach and thighs. I am only a week out and I am so happy with the results. The incisions are small and follow up has been excellent.

I am honestly thrilled with my results and with Dr. Ned Snyder bedside manner and surgical skill. My liposuction looks wonderful and his high skill level is apparent.

As you can see, I felt compelled to write about these two doctors as they both treated me with excellent care and are highly knowledgeable in their craft.

5 stars for sure!!!!

Proficient, Professional, Considerate Surgeon and Staff!!. I am writing this review about Dr. Ned Snyder and his staff.

I work for a Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery Center here in Austin however, when it came time for my mother ( who is new to Austin) to have her implants removed and a breast lift I decided to send her over to Dr. Snyder. Seeing as how I work in the same industry and my mother, an RN, having once worked in plastics as well, know the importance of patient care. From the moment she called to schedule her consultation with Dr. Snyder to the days following her surgery she was treated so very well. Dr. Snyder personally called me when the surgery was completed to update me on my mothers status which I found to be both considerate and to the level of professionalism you would hope your loved one would receive. My mother had nothing but amazing things to say about her entire experience. She raves about Dr. Snyder, Jennifer the P.A., Kristen the office manager and all of the nurses that cared for her. Her results look fantastic and she is so pleased that she finally went through with the surgery after years of contemplation. Trust me, working in the industry I know exactly what to look for when searching for a proficient surgeon and knowledgeable staff. I am so very pleased that I sent my mother over to Dr. Snyder and his staff!!!

Best Dr's Experience. I love Dr. Snyder's office. Both Dr. Snyders are extremely personable and caring. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Her staff is amazing and accomodating.

A little Dissappointed but Friendly Service.. After reading all the wonderful reviews about Dr. Snyder, I decided to schedule my very first dermatologist appointment with her. I was very excited to be able to afford seeing a dermatologist about my sun spots and discoloration on my face. When Dr. Synder walked into the room, she kindly shook my hand with one of those "limp" hand shakes. Dr. Synder was very nice and to-the-point. I asked her what could be done to help with my sun spots and skin discoloration on my arms and face. She immediately recommended to me a product line called OBAGI. She said the skin care kit will reduce the uneven skin color, the bumpiness of my forehead and even get rid of my "little mustache" I had above my lip. I liked her "blunt" and truthful personality. She spent only a few minutes introducing me to OBAGI and quickly had one of her skin specialist bring in the Product Line. It sounded great on my skin since the doctor highly recommened it. When I asked about the skin discoloration for my arms that was not iritable or itchy, the doctor wrote me a prescription for it. Turns out that I had to pay OUT OF POCKET $300 for the OBAGI products that WAS NOT covered by my Insurance. And when I filled my prescription at the pharmacy, it turned out that the doctor prescibed me CORTIZONE, which is a cream for itchy/irritable skin problems. I was very disappointed overall with my visit and did not get anything accomplished. I just recently saw my 2nd Dermatoglist who truly listened to my needs and prescibed me something for my sun spots and skin discoloration that didn't cost my hundreds of dollars out of pocket. OBAGI was a huge disappointment and wasteful. Dont let anyone talk you into buying this product line before you do your research.

Respectful, thoughtful care. Dr. Renee Snyder is thorough, kind, and conservative - by that I mean, she doesn't take chances with my skin, and I appreciate that! She is respectful and gentle and a pleasure to work with. I recommend her to friends all the time. Not to mention, she always has the latest People Magazines.

Good Dermatologist - Caring Doctor. Originally, a year and a half ago I went to Dr. Snyder because she was the only office I could get an appointment with here in Austin. If the fact that I am still going to her for my on-going skin allergy says anything than I think it is quit obvious that she is a good dermatologist and a caring doctor.

When I first went to see her I had let a skin irritation become severely infected. She looked over the infection thoroughly, prescribed me two types of medication and sent me on my way with instructions to call if it did not get better. Well, I am not the best at making doctor appointments, and after a little over a week I got a call from Dr. Snyder personally inquiring on the status of my infection. The infection had gotten better but what we ultimatly discovered was that the initial irritation was eczema. If she had not called and followed up with the flakey young woman with eczema, I would have gone quit a long time in pain and bewilderment.

This has been my consistent expereince with Dr. Snyder and her staff (they are always kind to me on the phone and willing to work with my schedule) and therefore would recommend her to anyone in the central and north Austin area (I would expand that area, but with gas prices as they are -- ouch).

AMAZING MD. I have never meet a more honest doctor than Dr. Snyder. Her and her staff are always prompt, pleasant, and professional. I recommend her to my friends and family frequently and have never had a poor experience. AND, her husband is a plastic surgeon in the same office!!! It's a one-stop deal!!!

Great, personable doctor. I just read jholl's experience with Dr. Snyder and I have to say I am surprised. I have been a patient of Dr. Snyder's for about a year and have come into her office for multiple issues. I have called and bugged the office many times with my problems and the staff and Dr. Snyder are always very nice and patient with my needs. Dr. Snyder is professional and will tell you like it is without being ambiguous. Honesty is very important to me in doctor. My experience with Dr. Snyder leads me to believe that jholl's experience was isolated and in no way represents an accurate portrayal of Dr. Snyder and her practice.

Great Doctor. I've seen Dr Snyder for several different dermatological needs and she's been consistent, thorough, personable, and she can translate technical terms into words that I can comprehend! I trust her and do recommend her.
