Cozy atmosphere, excellent service and food. Nice little bakery shop in S. Austin. I always get the Chicago style hot dog which is delicious. They also have wonderful fresh baked cupcakes, brownies and cookies. Yum!

The atmosphere is casual at this family run café in the HEB shopping center. Decidedly vegetarian friendly, the menu offers a range of traditional Asian and Mediterranean dishes including spring rolls; gyro, falafel, Chinese pork (or banh mi) and pressed Cuban sandwiches; jumbo Chicago-style hot dogs; hot and sour Tom Yum soup; Greek salad; hummus and babaghanoush. To drink, sample organic coffees and more than two dozen flavors of smoothies and bubble teas. Bakery goodies include old fashioned chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies, hand decorated (and customizable) sugar cookies, cupcakes topped with buttercream icing, brownies and custom made cakes. And Lux offers a 5 percent discount on your check if you pay for your meal or bakery goodies in cash.
