Dishonest owner, shakes off responsibility.
I paid Kennady to park my car in their lot during SXSW this year - met with them in person, and in the whole interaction there was never mention (nor clear advertisement of) a time limit on the parking. My car (and at least one other car parked in Kennady's lot) were towed.
The problem is not this in itself. Mistakes happen, I understand that. But when I approached the owner to seek partial reimbursal for the $250 towing fee, she was rude, defensive, angry and unhelpful, refusing to take any responsibility over multiple cars being towed from her lot. She began avoiding my phone calls and would cut me off with statements like "this conversation is over."
Again, I understand that mistakes happen, but her absolute refusal to compromise or even hear me out left an unpleasant taste in my mouth. If this is how she behaves as a business person in the parking-business, I wonder how she behaves in the window finishing business where stakes and costs are higher.
Good people, fair, strong communication. The customer service here is extremely excellent. I knew I was in good, experienced hands while being guided through the process, and I never felt pressured into anything. They were extremely accommodating, and I'm confident that they sold/installed a quality product for me. I highly recommend using this company.
Excellent on all levels of service. It was a great pleasure to work with the Kennady Company. I'm pleased to now have a local, responsive, and knowledgeable business partner for our shading needs. They were always punctual, courteous, respectful of the property, and clean. I highly recommend their services.
Poor service, rude management. Absolute worst people I have ever dealt with in my 24 years of home ownership. I was treated like an idiot everytime I had the nerve to ask questions. Receptionist is rude and unhelpful (what a delightful combination). They act as though they have no competition and treated me as though I wasn't particularly important as a customer. Poor customer service. I've never been asked by them if I was happy with their service so I've decided to make my feelings known here for others to see. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone considering using Kennady to shop around.
