Amazing Designer

I never worked with an interior designer before, but I knew we needed some help. A friend of mine had worked with Kera Martin at Race Design and was happy with the results (I saw her house, it looked great!). I decided to just go for the consultation and take it from there. Kera Martin came over and in just under 3 hours, she gave us a complete plan to totally transform our house. (We are do-it-yourself types). We got started on the project and ran into some issues. I called Kera and she gave me some good suggestions over the phone. When it came to purchasing materials, I called again, and Race Design was able to get our flooring, carpet, countertop, and faucets for around 20% less than anywhere else, including online! The project is done now (thank goodness) and we love it. I am definitely convinced that an interior designer is necessary when you tackle home projects. We highly recommend Kera Martin at Race Design.

Good Advice - Saved me lots of money!

I thought we were going to have to replace the entire carpet in our house after the water heater leaked. We worked with Kera Martin at Race Design, Inc. when we were building our house so I called her for help. She was able to go back in her files and find the name of the manufacturer and style of the carpet. I called the local store but they didn't have it anymore. Ms. Martin got in touch with the distributor and found out that they had changed the style name and that it was still available. She ordered a sample for us and the color matched perfectly! We were able to get the carpet for just the one room. Kera did all this work for us without charging us a dime. She said it was "client service". I'll say! That was the best service I ever got. Race Design is wonderful to work with.

Great deals on carpet and lighting!

We've been working with Race Design on our house for a couple of months and everything they recommended to us has been just right. Our contractor gave us a list of places to go for carpet and lights, etc. I mentioned this to our designer, Kera Martin and she told me Race Design could purchase these things for us and probably save us some money. Well, that was an understatement, They got us a HUGE discount, and I mean, we saved thousands. Wow! Now I can buy some furniture too!

Creative Design for Limited Budget

We only wanted to buy a few new pieces and basically just use what we already had. Kera Martin came over and totally re-arranged the house. She put the downstairs chairs upstairs, the upstairs desk downstairs, etc. It didn't even look like the same house! Kera was so creative I couldn't believe it. I feel like I have a new home. If you are tired of your furniture but can't afford to replace it, call Race Design and tell them you want a makeover. You will be amazed!
