Going down hill.... this used to be my favorite spot for a saturday morning pedicure but things have definitely gone downhill. their massage chairs and foot soak tubs have fallen into disrepair and after almost a year, it doesn't seem as though they'll be doing anything about it. the last time i was there, their running hot water was out and i got no explanation and received no discount for the inconvenience. the lady who gave me the pedi was out of her chair every five minutes and was hurried and distracted. her massage was rough and she forgot the basecoat when she applied my polish. their deluxe pedi is reasonably priced ($40) but i used to get a lot more for my money there.
