It’s been a few months since I saw Keli for those 2 sessions and these are all the improvements I’ve noticed since working with her: 1. I’m more calm all the time and the things that used to bother me, like talking to my parents, doesn’t bother me anymore. 2. My friends and family have told me that I’m obviously happier and more sure of myself, 3. I sleep great, 4. My confidence is really high, 5. I did great on an interview and got a job I really wanted. (I'm usually totally stressed out an intervies and this time I was really calm and confident). I'm pleased with the results that I achieved through hypnosis and I strongly recommend that if you're reading this review you give it a chance.
Pros: Goals achieved in a very short time.

I was hesitant to write this review until I was totally convinced that it worked. I went to the Austin HypnoWellness Center 3 months ago and saw Keli for 1 session to stop smoking. I’m very, very pleased with the results. From the moment I walked out of Keli’s office I didn’t want a cigarette. I even went out with my girlfriends the following night and even though I usually smoke more when I drink, I wasn’t tempted to have a cigarette. If you want to quit smoking the easy way, give hypnosis a try. Even if you’re skeptical like me. You don’t have to believe in it in order for it to work!
