Layla at the Burnet location is absolutely phenomenal. She is just the sweetest ever, and I haven't loved my hair this much in a long time. I'm very particular about my hair, and I can honestly say she did it flawlessly. I got highlights and she freshened up my cut. Seriously, if you want amazing hair, go to Layla!

Just had the best haircut again from Shawna Workman. She is amazing, awesome and wonderful. Highly recommend he4r for haircuts, styling, color and highlights. Go see Shawna at the Anderson Mill location in the Gallaria Shopping Center. You will not be disappointed!!

Apryll at Trendz Salon is the one to see, she has an amazing talent when it comes to hair. She was easy to talk to and she is honest about what your hair is capable of doing. Most stylists that I have tried want to give you what you think you want even though your hair won't look that way. Apryll tells you what you can achieve and I am always happy with my hair. Best color in Texas. Don't waist any more time looking for the right one, call Apryll.

I am from Houston and have been going to the same girl here for several years. However, I still haven't had that "personal" touch. I have two teen daughters so when we go, we are there for at least 3 hours each time. That being said, I would think she would make sure she knew about our personal lives, etc. A few weeks ago, while in Austin, we saw Trendz salon. We decided to take the gamble and go for it. We got in with Lisa and boy did we get lucky. She was humerous and enjoyed our dry sense of humor. We all got exactly what we wanted. My youngest got Ombre highlights, my oldest got a stripe and I just got a cut. I felt like I was hanging with an old friend. Thanks Lisa!!!

Have just found my new hair stylist! Lisa at Trendz did me right! I got a great cut and decided to do a little color, which I am very pleased with! I also took my partner in today and he's very particular about his hair, but he's very pleased as well! Very great job Lisa! I recommend going here for your hair needs! Great location and great looking place! Will continue going here!!

I have been to Trendz several time now. Apryll has taken very good care of my hair, she alway puts 100% in to what she does. I had her add low light last time along with my highlights, and she did a great job but when I decided I wanted to be blonder because that's all I have ever done (Completely my bad) she had me come back a few days later and brightened me back up, with no hesitation or making me feel stupid. I love that I can trust her to make me happy no matter how difficult I may be at times. She always welcomes a challenge, so trust that she is the stylist you need! Don't waist another dime any where else.

What a beautiful salon this is! The colors are welcoming and calming at the same time. Very clean and everyone is so friendly. From the moment you walk in the door someone is greeting you and offering you something to drink. I was impressed by Kat who helped me decide on what color and cut best fit my face. She took the time to discuss and listen to what I wanted. She offered advice and I left feeling beautiful. This will be the only salon I visit from now on.

Horrible customer service experience!.. Spent $250.00 with Layla/ Laura same girl with 2 different names at the 183 Anderson Mill location. My daughter requested heavy highlights with dark brown lowlights to correct red/copper tones. She was at salon for 4 hours and left with a copper base and strands of blonde. After contacting the owner Kat she told me they Do Not reimburse the client for unsatisfied work they only offer to re-do the process in an attempt to satisfy client. However, my daughter felt awkward after incident and did not want to return there, she only wanted a partial reimbursement, which they refused!

Kat's customer service is horrible! Definitely look into the salons policies before handing over your cash!

I finally found a hairdresser that would take the time to educate me about my hair while I sit in the chair!! Apryll has not only gotten my color and style into the best shape it's been in in years, she has also taught me a lot!! I feel so much more confident about my hair these days. It's a great feeling.
