good experience. I ordered a print from Global Gallery after finding they had the best selection on the web. The order took longer than I had expected to complete (over 2 weeks) but their customer service was good and they answered emailed questions promptly (a good thing too since the phone never seems to be answered). The print was shipped Fed Ex and delivery was fast. I'm very pleased with the quality of the framing job (and I'm notoriously fussy). I do understand from some other web searchs that Global Gallery has had some issues re customer service. All I can say if that my experience was quite good.

Worst Company. They are getting a one star rating from me because there isn't an option for no stars- which is what they deserve. I placed my order in November 2010, was charged immediately and received confirmation. Two weeks later had to email to find out what was going on and was told that out of the three prints I ordered, only one was available and they didn't know if the other two would EVER be available. They were happy to wait- with my money- for another two weeks to "see" if the other prints would become available. Still thinking this was a legitimate company, I agreed to wait the two weeks. Of course, I never heard back from them so I emailed requesting a full refund. Received a prompt reply that they would cancel the order and process the refund. I was told to wait the infamous two weeks for it to process. That was one month ago and now they will not answer my emails. Stay away from this company! I finally found the exact same prints on Allposters and they were shipped and received within 5 days.
