Consumers Beware This Place

I have filed complaints with consumer agencies as well as the State Attorney General about a bed that was purchased from this company on the phone. The item never left the delivery truck, nor was any box opened. The delivery person as well as the salesperson determined that the bed was not a good fit when they came by to do a site inspection (after I purchased this item on the phone from New York ). I never signed or was made aware of a "non-return" policy. The managers name is Effir. I highly suggest not patronizing establishments such as this. I am in the process of trying to resolve this, but would suggest in the meantime that you do not make purchases from this comany.
