Their gluten free crust here is really tasty! I think they make it themselves, it doesn't taste like SmartFlour or Gluten Free Kneads.

I had this pizza once before and it was decent in taste, not great but I have never had a bad slice of Pizza in my life. I ordered pizza on Sunday when my friends I got got pretty hungry. After an hour and twenty minutes I called and asked where it was, the guy told me they were catching up with orders but that the driver should be there any minute. I called back twenty minutes later and they basically said the same thing, offering no real apologies...just basically saying deal with it if you still want the pizza. My friends were hungry so against my better judgement I decided to deal with it but decided my usual $5 tip was staying in my pocket this time. 20 minutes later still nothing.

This time my friends were going to have to fend for themselves because it had been 2 hours, and not only was I lied to with them telling me they just talked to the driver and that it should be there ASAP, but they pretty much gave no care or thought that I had been waiting 2 hours for a pizza. I canceled the order and the guy hung up on me.

This is Austin. There are tons of great Pizza places around here. And I urge you to find another place that respects customers and honors their wait times, and can manage a business model to where people aren't waiting that long.

Love the Food! My boyfriend got a meatball sub; Loved it! He was mad I kept snagging bites.. I got a personal huge slice (like half a pizza) for 5 dollars.

Takes my choice for best pizza in austin whoop

I'm Gluten intolerant! :( Sad Day. South Congress is such a busy street, hard parking, and busy places to eat.

I went into southside recently and had a great speciality pizza. Cool Clean environment. Food was ready in no time and I grubbed hard. They have front door parking lot so it wasn't hard to get to the front door.

I'm just saying there's a lot of pizza joints around town, but these guys take my loyalty!

Pizza and Service was just right.. I had a great pizza. Even sat at a table with an autographed Zappa picture. Service was friendly. Looks like they're doing some changes. New people too. Just wish it was cool enough to sit on their patio. Misters would help.

Austin Worst Hand Tossed Pizza. The service is not good and the pizza is even worse! Dried out chicken, no cheese, very little of the Spinach Artichoke mix. I complained and was told "Too Bad!" The brownies are moist but the cookies crumbly. Terrible Pizza! I'm thinking of making a sign and marching up and down on the road in front of their shop to tell everyone to go to Pizza By the Slice, Gatti's or Pizza Hut. Anywhere but here!!!!!

Terrible customer service, okay pizza. My wife and I had visited for lunch and had a good experience the first time were there.

However, we invited friends of ours and had terrible service. The girl who took our order was rude! When we told her we wanted black olives on one of our pizzas, we wre rudly asked "what kind of black olives" and gave us the name of some olive we had never heard of. When we indicated we didn't know what the difference was, she rolled her eyes as if we were stupid.(I wonder if she knew how rude and stupid she looked). Anyway, it was as if we were a bother as we continued to order drinks for 7 of us. Needles to say the rest of the evening went downhill from there.

It took almost a full hour to get our pizzas out. When we asked what the problem was, we were told by one of the cooks, "it is in the oven" with a don't bother me attitude. Of course, he didn't answer our question and didn't even bother to look at us when he replied. Then when the pizzas finally did come out, the toppings were skimpy at best. What the heck! Were they trying to loose customers?

Needles to say, we will never go back and be sure to tell others don't even bother.

Very, Very, disappointed!

worst Pizza and worst customer service. this place is terrible, jeez, go to homeslice, for only a little bit better pizza, (still not good)

southside business is slow, so they take it out on the customers?

the chick at the register is a idiot and is always playing with her hair, nice for a restaurant, real clean

the pizza cook is not too friendly either,

cant even cook a cheese pizza correctly

get it together before I call the health dept on you guys

Great Pizza, Crude Service. I order Southside Pizza at my office on a regular basis and have always been very pleased, except for the missing ranch from time to time. I visited the actual location on Saturday night and as soon as we ordered the bearded guy behind the counter starts ranting about how he can't do a half pizza with yadayadayada, yet ending up doing it anyway after throwing a fit. The cashier could have told us...we even offered to pay for 2 whole pizzas after the yelling began. Very unprofessional.

Then to top it off - I suppose an employee comes in with his girlfriend and orders some food and starts cursing back and forth with the pizza guys and cashier very loudly the entire time there, while everyone in the resturant is trying to enjoy their meal. Not appetizing.

I ate my pizza as fast as I could to get out of there! Needless to say I will be taking my business else where, too bad bc the food is good!

Always Burnt, always forget the Ranch. I've ordered pizza from Southside Flying Pizza at least 5 times. Every single time, the pizza has been burnt (prob as a result of too little cheese), and the delivery person has forgotten the ranch dressing that I ordered. EVERY SINGLE TIME! No exception.

I have to believe that the entire establishment simply does not care about their business or customers.
