New Local Jewler feels like an Old Friend. When my old Westlake jewler went out of business, I was in need of a reliable jeweler to maintain my nice swiss-made watches and wedding ring. Not only have they had timely turnaround on my existing pieces, but I've also bought two new watches from them and have been very pleased with their warranty work. Unlike a big store sale, they stand behind their pieces when something goes wrong! Always friendly service, even when you are'nt buying. They even have given me a free estimate on a diamond I wanted to sell. You get the feeling that Kathryn and the other sales staff are committed to this community for a long time to come.

Superb Customer Service. When I moved to Austin 2 years ago I was nervous about finding a new jeweler since I have found many to be pushy and a bit snooty in the past. I was not in the market for jewelry at the time, but for jewelry and watch repair. Once I walked into Duncan and Boyd I knew I had found the right place for me. Not only are the staff super helpful and friendly, but I never felt pushed or pressured to make a purchase. I have always felt that they have given me the same amount of attention and help as anyone else in there making a big purchase. No matter what my needs have been, they have never been too small for them to handle. Once I am in the market for another gorgeous piece of jewelry, i know where I will be going!

Amazingly Helpful & Fantastic Jewler. I had looked at several places in Austin when looking for my engagement ring. My fiancee fell in love with a particular line of bridal jewelery that would only work with a different jeweler so I was forced to go through them even though I had a much, much better experience with Duncan & Boyd. They were not pushy and offered a great deal of information and help without seeming dead set on making a sale.

The jeweler I went through declared bankruptcy one week before I was suppose to be shipped the ring. In a panic, I contacted Duncan & Boyd, and they physically picked up the diamond I bought at a different jeweler, contacted the company making my ring, and saw that everything would arrive on time. I would not be currently engaged if it were not for the fine people at Duncan & Boyd. They went beyond what was necessary and I didn't even originally go through them to purchase my ring. I would not even think twice if someone asked where to look for engagement rings.

By far the best experience I have had ever buying something of this importance. Go now and talk to Miriam.

Great place to shop for jewelry!. Great experience buying an engagement ring from D&B. I went in with a very general idea of what I wanted and the staff was able to answer all my questions and I ended up with the perfect ring.

No need to look further for a jewelry store. The professionalism and the product far exceeds any store I have visited in Austin. Duncan & Boyd will make you feel comfortable regardless of what piece of jewelry you are searching for. They are knowledgeable and truly care about the client and helping them pick out that special something.

Exceptional Service. This is our preferred store for fine jewelry in Austin. Excellent customer service; they are willing to go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your selection. I thought jewelry shopping would be an intimidating experience until I went to Duncan & Boyd. The warm atmosphere and friendly staff made it all super easy and actually pretty fun! And I ended up with a couple of gorgeous pieces that I love.

Excellent customer service. After years of jewelry shopping in Austin, I believe we were overdue for a spot like this. Not only do they have a beautiful showroom and friendly staff, the customer service is excellent - no request is too difficult to manage, plus they can source almost anything one desires.
