These guys have been working their butts off here at the Austin 360 condos. I am very pleased with the service, as well as the passion they all have for the custom home theater/design applications they use. These guys are constantly having to deal with broken elevators and being in the tallest building in Austin does not help. They are constantly grabbed in every direction meanwhile keeping their game face on and getting right to business. When they came and installed the initial package I bought through the agent I wasnt aware of these guys being more than installers, but they are! They helped me pick out a beautiful LCD that I am completely happy with. They also helped me pull the minimal package I had purchased together by adding some additional speakers, a receiver, and some other little things helping me to creat a mini theater the fits perfectly with the condo life. I have spoken to quit a few of my neighbors here and the ones that have started their package installation have had nothing but good things to say. In fact when they had an appointment scheduled for us at 1pm and they were running behind Peter actually came up and told me they would be a half hour late. They have always been great communicating with me every step of the way and I definitely appreciate that!

I first started doing business with Advanced AV Solutions last year. I called and had an estimate for the works: theater, lighting control, access control, house sound, intercoms, as well as a camera system. I knew I wouldnt be able to do it all at once and they were more than willing to do each project seperately, so thats what we did. Each project was attacked seperately. I am thrilled with the entire project, but I do have to say that the last one we did was lighting control, and I was blown away at the difference in my house from before and after! My house went from having numerous light switches, in one room I had 4 switches, on another I had 3, and so on. They came over, discussed my options, showed me the difference between a Lutron switch and the $0.79 switch that comes in so many houses. In my kitchen they were able to do a system that controlled every switch, but without the switches on the wall! We re-located them to the pantry, and now we are able to control it via a remote, and we have different settings so for cooking we can have the lights all the way up, or for night time we can turn on just the under cabinet lights. One other feature I loved that tied into my alarm was the safe entry package they had. My wifes favorite because if the alarm is tripped in the middle of the night our outdoor lights flash, and all the inside lights turn on! Also she can turn the lights on from a remote in her car, so she never enters a dark home. We didnt know how much we would like or use the lighting control, but we are extremely happy with it. With a touch of a button the lights dim and we are in movie mode. But its also great when we are upstairs and realize we left a light on... we turn it off with the touch of a button. Without having to get back out of bed. You definitely need to get this system! You wont regret it.
