Shopping >Round Rock Premium Outlets
I enjoy this outlet mall. It doesnt beat the san marcos outlet mall but its a good start. It is closer to me. I do like that there are more male places to shop around round rock.
Good shopping experience. This is a nice clean outdoor mall. You have a wide selection of stores to choose from. There are a lot of higher end stores so if you are not coming to spend some money its probably not the place for you. If you search you can find some really great deals but for the most part the prices are on the higher end. Overall the mall is good definitely one of the better in the Austin area.
Great Mall. I love this mall. This mall has something for everyone. The people who work in the mall have always been nice and polite, and easy to make conversation with. It is also kept very clean and nice looking. I wouldn't say that the prices are exceptionally low, but they are decent and comparable. I will go out of my way to go to this mall before I go to many of the other malls in austin.
It is PREMIUM. I have been to the Round Rock Premium Otlet Mall and let me tell you that the name says it all... it is PREMIUM I don't have a clue about these other comments, but I know from experience that you can not beat the priceses that they offer on an everyday basis. Check it out for yourself, I know you will be impressed.
Why is this monstrosity called an outlet mall?. I went here for the first time last week, thinking it would be a great place for some last minute Christmas shopping. I was way wrong. The operative word in their name is "Premium." I could not believe the high prices at this place. Also, it's about 90% clothing stores. I guess a young woman might like to shop here for name brand clothing at boutique prices. Otherwise, you would find the same merchandise at the regular mall for a lot less. The directory signs are wrong. The one at the south end is backwards and upside down. Very confusing. ATM's are not where the signs tell you they are. They were not crowded at all two weeks before Christmas and the people working in the stores looked surprised when you walked in. Very telling. It's a shame because this could've been great. I feel that the city of Round Rock is misusing the term "outlet." This is a high priced, poorly designed grand-scale strip mall for the uninformed shopper.
They may call themselves an "outlet mall", but these are not "outlets" in the conventional meaning of the word. They are full price stores. If you want clothes at premium prices, this is the place to shop.
I saw no bargains or price breaks at all on men's clothes, women's clothes, children's clothes, cookware, or pet supplies. Even the ATM charges a service charge of $2.50.
I went all the way around the mall and found nothing but high prices. When I found some pet supplies at 150% of "normal" prices, I gave up. I will never go back to this rip off mall again.
This Texas-sized name-brand outlet mall in a booming suburb is a savvy shopper's paradise..
Just 20 miles north of Austin, this architecturally rustic outdoor outlet harbors more than 100 A-list retailers within its open-air layout, including the Banana Republic and Gap staples, plus higher-ends like Burberry, Miss Sixty and Brooks Brothers. The spectrum of available merchandise runs the gamut--clothing, footwear, and accessories for all ages to toys, kitchenware, and home goods. The organized 157-acre complex also houses a food court, breezeway kiosks, and a spacious center courtyard complete with a Texas star fountain.
