Best Package For the Price. My husband got me a gift certificate to Changes for Valentines Day for a massage pedicure manicure and facial. It was the best present ever! Then when I found out how little he spent, I had to come on here and tell everyone. My services were great and I had a relaxing time. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. I read a few of the other reviews and I think I agree with the last one that there must be a few unhappy people out there because I didn't experience anything like what they were talking about. In fact, everyone that was there when I was was having a great time from what I could tell. Their clients are all very friendly and I know I was asked at the end of my visit if I was happy. There was absolutely no sales pressure after my facial just information that I requested. They are busy, it took me over a week to get an appointment. Since when is that a bad thing? I will be back....great job honey!

They don't know what they are talking about! THIS PLACE IS GREAT!. I read some of the other reviews before calling but decided to give them a shot. I was glad I did! I booked a package which included a massage, manicure, pedicure and facial. It was amazing!! I don't think these other people went to the same place. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They paid attention to me, even the technicians who weren't even working on me. They were busy as it was a Saturday but I was never hurried and felt any stress. They handle thier clientele very well. Some that I met have been clients for over 9 years! No one seemed upset with anything. I spoke with one client there while =our nails were drying. I told her that I had read about Changes on Citysearch and what I had read. She told me an awful story about an ex employee that has been coming on here and writing bad reviews about the owners. Once she even used their landlords name and a long time clients name to log in and write the review. I couldn't believe people would do this but after going back thru I can see it. This place is great. You just have to go see for yourself. Yes they are busy, but isn't that a good thing? Doesn't that tell you something?

CRAZY. This place is totally crazy. Very disorganized, and paniced. You get NO personal service. You are rushed in, and rushed out. THey take your money and don't care if you are pleased or not. Don't waste your time or your money here!

Save yourself, run from this place.. I am not at all happy with my service. I told the girl working the front, and she said nothing, and just rung me up. Then before I left, she wanted to know when I wanted my next appointment, or if I wanted to buy anything from the boutique. I told her flat out.....I don't think I should even be paying today, I am not happy. She again said nothing, and showed me some cute earrings. WAY to much sales pressure.

Nope. I wouldnt bother going here. I think the owners are way over their heads in this business. Too much going on in that tiny little house for a couple people to manage it. The girls are nice, but sales pressure is something ill have to agree on with the rest of the people. They talk to you forever and the convincing is way over exaggerated for these treatments.

I route for the underdog-usually. I usually try to see the good in every business. I try to go to the little local places and help them survive. BUT NAH, this was just a waste of money and time. Girls were running around everywhere, and there was not a good energy in the air at all. Save your money.

Great location and great service. Easy to find. Does not involve having to deal with I-35! Not intimidated when you walk in. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Helpful. Have tried 3 or 4 different types of treatments and have been happy with them. Would recommend and will be back. Thanks!

Great Salon and Spa. I just moved to the area and was glad to find Changes. Everyone was so nice and friendly. My services, a pedicure, manicure and haircut were great. I will be back. Its nice to find a salon that doesn't seem to have all the drama.

Waste of time.. I have been to alot of salons. Moved here about a year ago, and still trying to find a salon I like. Never ever been treated so rudely. Not even in new york were they this snobby. The service wasn't even good. What a waste of money!!!!!!!!!!! This is bargin basement service.

Very Friendly Staff. I was really surpirsed when I walk into Changes. This shop is so cute! Everyone is friedly and welcoming and made me feel right at home. They are busy but they seem to handle it well. I heard from one of the employees that they will be moving to a larger location soon. I would agree they need more space but everyone seems to work well together and be very organized. My services were awesone. It was the best pedicure ever! My polish lasted 4 weeks! I have found my salon home. I can't wait to see their next place! Thank you Changes for welcoming me. I will be loyal customer.
