Not one complaint here!!! People do your research first.. I too am a client of beautiful solutions. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with all of the staff there. Trisha has done laser hair removal on me for months, and had quite the gentle hand. Boxtox was my second visit (during a huge xmas party) and Trisha was very attentive to my personal needs. She even had the owner, Cindy, come in and do my eyebrows really quick while i was there. Debra is wonderful and very eager. She will go far with this company. She rubbed some knots out of my shoulders once while I was waiting in the waiting room. So CIndy, your doing a wonderful job and I will still come back and send in friends. We love yall.

love beautiful solutions!. I, cathy Quinn of the hills lakeway have been coming to beautiful solutions as a client for almost 4 years. I have had both laser hair removal, laser skin tightening and several IPL treatments by Trish at beautiful solutions and have found the service to be above excellent. Cindy, the owner, has also performed radiesse, juvederm and botox. I find the results to be outstanding. I am also in the beauty business and am a licensed cosmetologist. I have had no hesitation in recommending beautiful solutions to my clients whom have found both pricing and service to be outstanding.

Love Beauitufl Solutions. I have been a customer of Cindy's at Beautiful Solutions for almost 4 years now. I have had everything from Laser Treatments to Botox, and I use many of their products. They have always done a fantastic job and have been caring and accomodating. Cindy will go out of her way to accomodate you with appointments, pricing, etc... she has great luncheons with free giveaways....recommend this Med Spa to all who want a great service at a great price. Thank you Beautiful Solutions for making me feel good about myself.

RUN AWAY! Donâ??t walkâ?¦BURNED BY LASER BY TECH!!!. I was a customer of Beautiful Solutions for over a year, investing in their treatments. Unfortunately, it all changed on 8/26/11 when I was burned with a laser during one of my treatments resulting in pigment loss to a pre-existing tattoo. It had never been an issue with the 6-7 treatments leading up to the burn, so I am lead to believe the burn was purely an act of negligence by the technician on that day, Trish Middleton.

In addition to the pain, healing process, scar tissue, and additional time and investment necessary to fix the problem; Beautiful Solutions has completely left me stranded. They did not take a sympathetic stance to the ordeal I had been through, and I feel completely alienated as a previously loyal client. The Owner (Cindy Andrews) and the Vice President (Jim Andrews) refuse to speak with me about the incident. In addition, they refuse to submit my treatment records, their licensing information, and treatment waivers to me.

I write this review as a warning!!! If you are considering using this med-spa, please be aware of the risks of using Beautiful Solutions for what should be routine procedures. I have zero confidence in their abilities and business practices, so please use this med-spa with a large dose of caution

Ouchless Botox. I've been going to this spa for Botox for the last 4 years. Cindy has a knack for not bruising me. She's always been the consummate professional. I've had issues with other medical spas, so it's a real find to locate someone who can navigate around all the veins in my face. She just moved her practice to new a 20,000 square foot medical complex out by Lakeline mall. I'm very impressed with the new layout.

Some friendly advice for all you new Botox users...

Be sure and use a spa that will mix the Botox in front of you. Cindy told me that when mixed there should be no more than 100 units per 100 unit bottle. If they won't mix it while your watching, then they probably have something to hide.

Before going to any medical spa, do your homework. Don't waste your time on blog sites, where anyone can pretend to be a doctor.

Botox, info for instance can be found on the Allergan website. Botox is made "only" by Allergan.

By checking out their site, I discovered after:

7 days - I should see some improvement in my wrinkles.

30 days - I will see the maximum improvement in my wrinkles.

60 days - I will see some wrinkles coming back.

90 days - I should start looking tired as it has mostly worn off.

Your mileage may very, but probably not by much since the Allergan study sampled over 400 patients.

I've heard stories of it lasting as long as a year, but given what I've read, it was probably just an exaggeration. I know some people just like the attention they receive by juicing up their claims ;)

I don't understand why there are these bad reviews. People need to understand that with the living social voucher, this place has been very busy. Also, i understood immediately that all of these procedures at once wouldn't be the best. So, of course, i called and cleared that up with the spa. The receptionist on the phone was very friendly, and just as friendly in person. I did not have to wait long to get into my appointment and i was very happy with the procedure. I do wish the facial was a bit longer, but i understand that it is just an intro to each service. I am very looking forward to my next procedures and can't wait to see the results.

A sample of Offerings. I too took advantage of the Living Social special. However my experience was different than what some others experienced. Yes it took about four days to get a call back, however I remember they sold over 2000 of the specials and knew they were probably swamped. Frankly I was surprised to be called as soon as I was and not be booked 3 months out, they had availability almost immediately. So luckily I was able to get in right away. My first appointment was with Mindy and she was really sweet to me, originally they had me scheduled for IPL to start with but when I told her my time frame we decided on the facial tightening instead. She really took her time and did a great job. I could tell the difference after just one treatment. Next was my facial this was very close to what some other reviews said and was somewhat dissapointed with this one. Today I just went back for my next three treatments. I have to say they were very professional from the start. Robin gave me a great swedish massage and advice on my hormone therapy. Molly gave a great microdermabrasion treatment and great skincare info and finally Donna did an IPL treatment on my face. All of the experiences today were quite lovely. Finally I feel the best way to experience the special is to think of it as a sampling of five treatments they offer and you may have never tried before. Its very informative and no one tried to pressure me into anything, services or products. They let me know they were available but thats to be expected. Frankly they could be more visible so the clients could see their options. I thought my overall experience was very good. I'm glad I went and tried things I've never tried before. I will definitely come back as they have specials all month long on your areas of interest. Thank-You to everyone at Beautiful Solutions Med Spa for making my experience worth the trip and more....

RIP OFF UNPROFESSIONAL. I give them a zero rating no eh. This place is hazardous! I was refunded by LivingSocial as my first experience was exactly as stated by the three previous people. Beware

This is not what you think of when you hear "Spa".. I bought my wife a livingsocial Beautiful Solutions spa package as a gift. After making several attempts to call and schedule an appointment, she finally got a time slot. She just called me from the first of three separate appointments (this wasn't specified in the fine print) with the terrible review. I sure wish I had not purchased the "gift" as this was far from the expected spa experience.

Walking in, she counted seven people behind the counter and she stood at the counter for a full two minutes trying to get someone's attention before she was helped.

The ambiance was more of a doctors office than a spa which may be what they're going for, but it was overall and unpleasant atmosphere.

Today she was supposed to get a facial, but what it turned out to be was someone who washed her face and then studied her skin under a light and finally told her that she needed what amounted to hundreds of dollars worth of work. It was an upsell job. No hot towel to open the pores, no facial massage. She reported that it amounted to what any woman does to take her makeup off and no more. She basically drove an hour to have her face washed and be told how bad her skin is. Hardly what someone thinks of when she goes for a facial at a spa.

Of the services offered as part of the "package" she can only do two of the five as a single experience. The other three require the purchase of expensive creams, and the dedication to sign up with and continue monthly treatments indefinitely. She was told that if she didn't continue the treatments that doing what we had purchased in the "spa package" would be a waste of time.

Essentially all she will get out of the deal is a 30 minute Swedish massage in a doctor's office. Hardly a deal for $50.
