Bad choice. They do not have the capacity to provide any professional services. They know how to sell you a gift voucher and take the money and provide no services in return.

A poorly run business..will no doubt be sued in the near future for either fraud or harming someone.

Just stay away. There a so many other nice spas in the vacinity (Only giving a star because you have to in order to post.)

Unorganized and Dangerous!. First of all, they didn't specify that you could only have one treatment per visit for their Living Social coupon, (requiring one to go there 5 different times!), and then during my first appointment they burned my hand with the laser! I had to go to my doctor who prescribed me a topical (for $70!) that "may" help--otherwise I may have permanent discoloration! They make you sign a "not liable" contract before the services, now I know why...beware!

Great Experience at Beautiful Solutions MedSpa!. Happy and Beautiful. I had Photofacial and Skin Tightening treatments at Beautiful Solutions MedSpa and loved the entire experience!

Cindy Andrews, Owner and Esthetician, is the ultimate professional and makes you feel at ease immediately upon meeting her. Since I had extensive sun damage from lifeguarding and sun worshiping in my teens and twenties, treating the residual was something I dreaded.

Prior to my first treatment, I questioned Cindy about esthetician school and she described the hours she completed while working full time. She also said her school asked her to become an instructor. Her calm manner is very reassuring

On the day of my visit using a special light, Cindy showed me the obvious damage to my skin and the underlying damage to my epidermis. Then she carefully explained all the details of the available treatments to remove and reduce the damage.

Both treatments went smoothly and I felt no discomfort. Immediately my face showed a glow I had not had in years. Moisture returned to my dry, wrinkled 49 years old skin!

Cindy said the skin tightening would restore collagen to my skin and it DID!! My weathered large pored skin was healed! Driving home I kept checking to see if it was really my face and neck! I am a true believer now! I am smiling like I haven't smiled in years.

To the professionals at Beautiful Solutions, THANK YOU, THANK YOU , THANK YOU!! I am recommending to all my friends!

Best Service and GREAT results! They're real pros.. It's my pleasure to say a few words about Beautiful Solutions. I cannot tell you how much better I look and feel after only a few treatments. I've had a photo facial and skin tightening on my face and neck. Seriously, ladies, it really works! I hope you don't wait as long as I did to make a decision to do something nice for yourself. Now, I want to tighten up the area above my knee caps! My "elephant knees" have bothered me for years. I never knew I could do something about it. All the women over 45 KNOW what I'm talking about! I was also brave enought to have some permanent eyeliner done. I'll admit it, I was SO scared. It didn't hurt and I LOVE it. The folks at Beautiful Solutions are so GREAT. They're professional and give you very friendly, personalized service. Here's a tip...they usually have great specials on their website. Check it out and then do something nice for yourself! You wont regret it!

"I Love Beautiful Solutions". Beautiful Solutions is WONDERFUL! The staff is very personable, you will feel like a super star on every visit! They have great products and services, not to mention the best prices in town! Everyone I have referred is completely hooked.

Great Everything. This spa was wonderful. Amber was very helpful. Cindy and Jim were also very friendly. I am very satisfied with their spa. The hair removal was virtually painless. I can't wait to go back for more treatments.

Great hair removal, no need to go back again.. I just read this last review and I almost dropped my laptop. I typically don't post reviews,

but I've been frequenting this spa for about a year, and I can't let this go by without

comment. In September of last year I started a full body hair removal. I shamelessly picked

Beautiful Solutions becuase they had the best price in town. I checked out other spas prices

and they sounded like a great deal until the consult. As is usually the case with great

sounding offers, after they added all the hidden costs not mentioned in the ads the final

price was a great deal more than the advertsed price. With Beautiful Solutions, the offered

price was the final price. They were even willing to provide me with a payment plan to fit

my meager budget.

I remember my first treatment with Amber, she drilled into my head the importance of keeping

on a regular schedule. She told me that if I missed even a single treatment, the hair would

come back. Thanks to Amber calling me before every appointment, I stayed on schedule.

I'm happy to say the treatment WORKED! I can't believe the time this saves me everyday.

I now frequent their shop for Botox. I'm always treated to a friendly environment with

professional staff.

WORST LASER HAIR REMOVAL. Worst service for Laser Hair Removal. I have had over the limit of treatments and my hair is still growing back. I am not satisfied with the treatments or the ladies that work there. I referred a friend who is not happy with her hair removal either and we are not going back. Our money will not be refunded to us and we will take all necessary measures to report them. THE LASER MACHINE DOES NOT WORK, for the public, please research carefully and only go to a Doctors office where you can trust the Dr in office.

Best experience yet with Botox. One of the best experiences I have ever had with Botox. I think the operators name was Cindy, her attention to detail, and gentle bed side manner made the whole procedure much less traumatic. I was really concerned about someone sticking needles in my face for Gods sake. I was very pleasantly surprised when the whole thing was over in just a few minutes with little to no pain. I plan on going back when I need a touch up.
