I live in Buda in a newer subdivision where they had of course clear cutted the area to build. I had two small oak trees in the front yard and the drought killed both of them. Matt who is the company's arborist came out to give me a free estimate on the removal of the small trees and planting of new ones. I explained to him that I would be getting paid on Friday. He offered to cut down the trees right then and there for free to get those eyesores out of my yard. He gave me a reasonable price on the new trees, ordered them and showed up on Friday when I got paid to plant them. Could'nt ask for better service. I highly reccomend.

Job well done..... Called them out for emergency service after the high wind storm on 5/7/2012. They removed a large limb off my roof and large debris in my yard. Gave a good price. I was shocked to hear my neighbor with the same situation was charged triple the amount by another company. I will use again and recommend.

Very professional. They showed up on time and gave me a reasonable price. The owner Matt did a walk through with me and was very knowledgeable. I needed trimming but he brought to my attention that my trees were suffering from the drought. He made a recommendation to fertilize my oaks. Gave me a good price on it too. He even trimmed my oak tree by my pool for free. Can't beat that. I will definately call them in the future.

Awesome job!. Two thumbs up for these guys. Their knowledge, professionalism and quality of work - highly impressed on all counts. My trees are the best looking on the block. A surprising plus........they do GREAT flag stone work!

Exellent Service. These guys are great!!! The just did my front and back yard and some rockwork in my front garden. The price was reasonable, the work was done quickly, and it looks great. What more do I have to say!!!! I will definately hire them again. They even fertilized my trees that were dying from the drought half price.

BEWARE ..this is "Tim's Tree Service". Not surprised by the reviews of people saying the job was left incomplete after they paid, this is the Tim's Tree Service people, just google them and you will see what I mean. OVER 20 logged complaints on BBB, same on yelp and citysearch.

not complete. They did a fair job, I pointed out a couple of things they missed and I paid with the understanding they would finish the job. I called back but no answer, just left a message. That was yesterday, it is now late afternoon the next day.

They didn't treat one cut on an old live oak, and didn't treat the small cuts on the neighbors live oak. They missed a small branch I asked them to cut.

There was a pile of leaves left behind over 4" deep, several feet across they said they would clean up when I was paying the balance.

I would say if you are going to use them, let it be known in advance that you will not pay until the work is 100% done and you are satisfied.

If they show back up to finish the job I will edit this, but for now it is looking like I am going to have to pay someone else to finish the job. It is not the leaves that bother me, but the untreated cuts on giant live oak trees.

Outstanding !!!. American Tree Service has trimmed my 60 year old oak trees (15 of em) in 2007 and again Jan 2011. Both times they exceeded my expectations for service, knowledge and a very reasonal price.

Both years, several of my neighbors took a look at my yard (thier work) and hired them. The owner is hands on, people focused and remains on the site. Typical crew is 4 - 5 people.

Thieves Crooks Liars. Took my money, didn't do as promised. Left my front yard in a mess. Gave a good price, but didn't even do enough to earn that.

GREAT SERVICE!. I called to have some brush hauled away and some trees trimmed. Also had to have a dead tree removed from the front yard. These guys showed up on time, and performed service as advertised, and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anybody!
