TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I filled out all info and requested a quote. After providing all personal information to this agency, I couldn't get them to call me back at all. If this is the way they do business to OBTAIN a customer, I certainly don't want them to be my agent when I NEED something! Will NEVER do business with them!
