Better than the Rest!

I had interviewed many agents when I was looking to list my home for sale. Most agents seemed like they were all talk, especially when I read their online reviews. Romeo seemed like a genuine and trustworthy individual. True to his word, he had an excellent marketing plan that he stuck to. We were able to get my home under contract in less than 30 days and the final sales price was for 98% of the list price. I would highly recommend Romeo as one of Austin's top Realtors!

Guided me every step of the way!

As a first time homebuyer, I didn't even know how to begin the process of qualify and purchasing a home. Romeo was patient and made the effort to guide me throughout the process. He made me feel like I was his most important client and really made sure that I was comfortable and understood all of the ins and outs of homeownership. Three months later, I'm in my new home and am loving every minute of it. Thank you so much Romeo for always being there. You've got a client and friend for life!

Almost made a huge mistake!

Romeo kept me from making probably the biggest mistake of my life! I'm a very spontaneous person and when I walked into the model home of a new subdivision I was so overwhelmed that I almost committed to purchasing a home without doing my homework about the area. A friend of mine had a great experience with Romeo with her home purchase so I decided to give him a call and ask him what he thought of the potential home that I was considering. He was quick to show me that resales in the area had experienced a significant amount of depreciation over the last couple of years and if I decided to sell in 5 or 7 years, I would probably be underwater! Romeo really knew what he was talking about because he was able to provide me all the statistics to support his opinions. In the end, Romeo showed me several homes that presented the best opportunity for appreciation and I absolutely love the home I ended up buying! Thank you so much Romeo.

More than Expected

Shortly after our oldest daughter moved out to go to college, my wife and I decided to sell our home of 20 years and make the move to the Zilker Park area in Austin. I did my research and found that Romeo had excellent reviews but I'm not easily convinced. After having met Romeo in person, I was convinced that the was the right Realtor for the job. His staging knowledge really came in handy when doing some light renovations to our home before putting it on the market. Truth be told, the $5,000 that we put into renovations probably gave us a return of $20,000 when our home finally sold. I was willing to sell it "as is", but Romeo really showed us that with a minmal investement, not only would our house sell faster, but at a much higher amount. I would definitely recommend Romeo when selling or purchasing a home.

Smooth Transaction

Recently, my sister and brother in law decided to move to the Austin area from Phoenix Arizon. As a Real Estate Broker in the Phoenix, AZ area, I wanted to make sure that they hooked up with a Realtor that would really go the extra mile in finding my sister exactly the home she was looking for and a fair price. I did my share of calling and interviewing different agents in the Austin area and was really impressed by not only Romeo's knowledge of the local real estate market, but by his overall demeanor. He seemed genuinely interested in making my sister's move to Austin as smooth as possible. After several weeks of looking and negotiating, he was able to find exactly what my sister and brother in law were looking for at a price that was even lower than they had considered paying. Overall, I don't think that you'll find a better and more genuine Realtor than Romeo. Highly Recommended!
