I was impressed that Austin Vet Care sent a report to my regular vet. Very concerned with customer service and satisfaction. They even offer a survey when you check out.

Kudos to all the staff here!!! Everyone makes us feel like we are so special here. My dogs adore all the attention they get when we visit too. I'll never go to another vet. EVER!!

These folks are fantastic! Came in on an emergency basis and saw Dr. Palermo. She was wonderful!! Thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. I felt like she really cared about our family and gave me peace of mind.
