Sondra was recommended to me by a friend who trained and successfully completed their first 5k. I had never been able to stick to a healthier lifestyle and was frustrated about spending money for a gym membership. I was skeptical about working with a trainer at first but I was wrong. Sondra knows her stuff and is passionate about teaching.
Changed my life

I found Sondra through citysearch this past winter. I had a trip to the carribbean planned for the end of this month (May) and wanted to drop about 15 lbs and tone up. My trip is 2 weeks away and Sondra has helped me drop 3 dress sizes and 17 lbs! I feel amazing...and look pretty good too ;) I had worked out off and on for years but was never able to make it a habit. Sondra knows when and how hard to push. She also does a great job of keeping me on track with diet and home workouts. The home workouts aren't the same as actually training WITH sondra in person...so I make sure she kicks my butt at least once a week!

I have my B.S. in Exercise Physiology and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as a Certified Personal Trainer.
