My secret weapon.
After going through some pretty big life changes, including a divorce, I was really trying to find my strength again. I reached out to Sondra for help in getting physically strong and healthy. What I didn't expect was how the experience was also going to help me get strong and healthy emotionally and psychologically because of the newfound confidence I had from my physical training.
Sondra challenged me with new workouts each time we met, so I was never bored. She helped guide me through a nutritional makeover that gave me more energy to keep up with my kids as well as help me drop those stubborn pounds.
When I started working out, I wasn't aiming to fish for compliments, but it sure is nice to hear them when people see the change in me--physically and psychologically. I recommend Sondra to anyone who is really invested in making a life change! Oh--don't let her fool you--she may appear tough (and she will challenge you!!!), but inside, she's a big softie! ;)
Sondra is the best trainer I've had!. If found Sondra through her website and after meeting with her, I knew she was serious about getting me where I wanted to be. I met with Sondra about two times a week for a few months and had incredible results! My workouts with Sondra consisted of new excercises each time and it was never boring. The best part about working out with Sondra is that she is a combo deal; she helps you with nutrition and fitness. Though I've stopped going every week, I still go to Sondra from time to time. I will continue to go to her and would advise anyone else to do the same!
Totally worth it!. Sondra was recommended to me by a friend who trained and successfully completed their first 5k. I had never been able to stick to a healthier lifestyle and was frustrated about spending money for a gym membership. I was skeptical about working with a trainer at first but I was wrong. Sondra knows her stuff and is passionate about teaching.
Changed my life. I found Sondra through citysearch this past winter. I had a trip to the carribbean planned for the end of this month (May) and wanted to drop about 15 lbs and tone up. My trip is 2 weeks away and Sondra has helped me drop 3 dress sizes and 17 lbs! I feel amazing...and look pretty good too ;) I had worked out off and on for years but was never able to make it a habit. Sondra knows when and how hard to push. She also does a great job of keeping me on track with diet and home workouts. The home workouts aren't the same as actually training WITH sondra in person...so I make sure she kicks my butt at least once a week!
Outstanding trainer!. After moving to Texas and gaining a little weight from too much queso and beer, I decided to seek out a personal trainer. I was fortunate enough to find and work with Sondra, and I saw amazing results! She challenged me and varied my workouts so they were always fun and interesting. Sondra is extremely dedicated to her profession and has a very genuine interest in your success. She motivated me to work hard not only at my fitness goals, but diet goals as well. I can't recommend her highly enough!
No more "fat jeans!". I knew I had to do something when I didn't even fit in my "fat jeans" anymore. Dieting and exercising by myself obviously was not working...I found Sondra off of citysearch and started working with her Jan 2007. Within the first month I dropped two dress sizes and even saw some definition in my arms! My husband noticed my mood was better and I was more energized throughout the day. I'm still training with Sondra...she helped me look and feel better about myself. She has helped me realize that diet and fitness are a lifestyle...and my health is a top priority. I also look pretty darn awesome!

Best trainer in Austin by far!. I've trained with lots of different trainers before I found Sondra and she isb the most knowledgable, dedicated, and TOUGHEST!! :) She listened to my goals and changed my life forever. I am very grateful and I would highly recommend my trainer!!!
Great motivation!!. Sondra helped me lose 25 lbs in 6 months...and she helped me keep it off!! She's a great inspiration and a kick-ass trainer....I would recommend her to EVERYONE!
