Disappointed. I also bought the same groupon for facial and made the appointment one month earlier. Day before my appointment they called and told me they are so overbooked that they can't keep the appointment they can reschedule after one month when the groupon going to be expired( probably they will extend the expiration date) but for me why would they make such offer they cannot maintain /provide the service . I am going to return the groupon becausse I can imagine how their service should be. Not going there in future.

Horrible Experience. I bought a Microderm facial on Groupon.It took me long to get an appointment and she gave me early morning 8:45 appointment whereas they usually open at 9 am on saturdays.I tried calling them like 10 times,but they don't respond at all.When i asked her she said she is bsy with the backend work and responded very rudely. I was Very Very disappointed by her response and decided not to go to such a place in future.

Over all facial was very very basic one and i was shocked by looking at my face after the facial.I would say i wont prefer going to places like Facelogic Spa where they dont care about customers.They are not professional and not responsive.I hate that place as there is no value for money at all.

Not what I expected at ALL!. I bought a microderm facial on groupon for $40. Which I thought was awesome! It took 3 months to book my appointment and finally my appointment day came up and I was very excited and left disappointed. First off, this place is an open spa (not expected). This means that there are other people in the same room as you. Second, you sit in a chair not a bed and the chair is leaned back. Third, the room was freezing and I only had a thin sheet over my lap. The people were very nice, but the overall experience was unexpected. Plus, I ended up paying for a different type of facial because the microderm would not be done all over my face because I had breakouts and it would not be beneficial. Overall, I will not be visiting this spa again or sending any of my friends or family.

A wonderful, relaxing experience. I have been getting a monthly facial at Facelogic (Lakeline) for 2 years now. I look forward to my appointment each month because I know I will be pampered and relaxed. The estheticians are always helpful in suggesting facials and/or a skin care regimen to improve the quality of my skin. I have been very pleased with the results and will continue to treat myself at Facelogic.

I love my monthly facials!!!. I love going to get my monthly facials. It is the one thing I do for me regularly. My daughter also loves it - she gets to go as a special treat. They are always friendly and ready to answer any questions. If they notice something different from the last time you were there - they will point it out....I love going

you dont look 54!. I have been a member of Facelogic for over a year. I am faithful to make my appointments for my next facial when I am leaving the spa. I use the products recommended. Is it any wonder that I get the comment that my skin is beautiful, and I don't look my age!!!!

This is a wonderful retreat, the staff is so attentive, knowledgeable, flexible, and helpful.

Be kind to yourself, take care of your face, relax and enjoy!

Amazing facials with great prices. I had my very first facial the other day at facelogic spa, it was amazing! I was greeted the second I walked through the doors. Then the lady who gave me my facial walked me through every thing she would be doing after we choose the right facial for me. What surprised me during my facial was the upper body massage, who knew you would get a hand, arm and neck massage during a facial. I cannot wait to go back and since the prices are so affordable I can go back next month if I want.

Great Facial & Massage at a great price!!!. The spa is full of a friendly and professional staff. It was a pleasant experience from the minute I walked in the door, throughout my very relaxing but beneficial facial..(which was surprising as I was getting a treatment facial), and all the way out the door I was smiling & so relaxed! I was worried it would be painful because I did an organic peel that tingled quite a bit but it felt awesome and now so does my skin!!!!! I can't believe I had never gone to facelogic before! Other spas are so expensinve, I guess I thought it would be the same...but I got the EMinence Organic Elite Facial for just $79 which included full upper body massage and lasted for a full hour!!! Unbelievable!! The facial service and customer service was outstanding! I joined the monthly membership because it's Month to Month, no contract and no membership fee...I'll be back every month now!! My face is going to look fabulous for Spring!!

Beautiful, Relaxing Spa with Great Staff & Products. I visited Facelogic Spa for the first time and was very impressed with my overall experience. I immediately felt relaxed and loved the variety of services they offered. The treatment area was also wonderful, with a great atmosphere and multiple treatment areas. Jennifer and her staff were also very knowledgeable with the high quality products carried and made some great recommendations for me. I will definitely be back and I would suggest Facelogic to anyone looking for a relaxing time, or even for a fun group spa day. Thank you Facelogic!
