These guys are great! The classes are amazing and truly beneficial for people of all fitness levels. The cardio cinema has been the key to most of calorie burn. I can go in there, grab a machine and never even notice the time pass! Keep it up guys!

From weightlifting equipment to cardio, they have everything. They also have a full-size basketball court, swimming pool, sauna, and theatre room. Yes, a cardio theatre room.( watched Thor the other Day Very COOL !! dont know about New Years Eve chick flick but i actually like it .) I don't frequent the aerobics classes, but I heard they are a blast. The one thing that really sold me was not all the up to date equipment, but it was the staff and members of the gym. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Daniel and Clint are both very helpful. Great staff, great equipment, great atmosphere, and Awesome Protein shakes!

I've been a member for almost three years. Tech Ridge is the best location I have been too. Catherine and all the staff are very friendly. The kids club is great with my daughter.

Love this Place!. I have been going to this Gym@techridge for almost 2 years. Being a mom, the kids club is of most importance. Friendly staff and kids enjoy their stay. I can relax and go work out. Classes are fun and the instructors are awesome and inspire you to bring out your best. I have a membership at several other facilities but this locations is my favorite. Management and staff make the difference. Always willing to help.

Nastiest Facitlity Ever. Only go to this location one day a week for a class. The men's locker room has to be the nastiest place on earth. Orange Mildew all over the shower walls - black mold growing on soap dispensers. When you call to complain they say they'll have someone look at it. When you threaten with health dept they clean and it stays clean for a week.

Today looked like someone had thrown up in one of the showers......

They need to take a lesson from the Hester's Crossing location. That place is almost always clean.

Poor equipment, stinky atmosphere. I usually have to get on 3 different bikes to find one that's working. The ab machines are covered in sweat. The staff sports glazed-over looks when asked a question. The salesman was misleading about the terms of the contract. But if you have a mullet and like heavy metal blaring overhead while you work out, this is the place for you.
