I feel so fortunate to have found Pink Dot Concierge Service. I needed a document picked up for me in Austin at the DMV office on Friday and overnighted to Houston. Pink Dot Concierge made it all so easy. I had spent hours and hours on the phone and internet trying to figure out how to get my document from A to B in the most expediant way. No one was willing to help me and most said it was impossible to find someone to do what I was requesting. I finally found PInk Dot Concierge's website. I called and the first response I got from my unusual request was "that is not unusual at all and it will be no problem". Their willingness to work with me even though I was from out of town & only needed one small errand far exceeded my expectations. They kept me informed along the way with phone calls and e-mail and because of Pink Dot Concierge I will be able to have all the necessary paperwork I need for my traffic court date on Monday.... whew! Everyone told me it was impossible, but not with Pink Dot Concierge. I feel like I have found the secret to being in more than one place at a time! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who doesn't have enough hours in the day to compete much needed tasks. Thank you Pink Dot Concierge for your willingness, thoroughness and trustworthiness, you're the best!

Great customer service! Excellent convenience for working people!

Pink Dot Concierge is wonderful! I work over 60 hours a week and find that running simple errands such as dropping off the dry cleaning and picking it up or mailing a package can be hard if not downright impossible. Pink Dot provides helps take stress off of my plate which is invaluable for me. The level of customer service and reliability that she provides is the very best. If you are looking for a way to simply your complicated and hectic life - Pink Dot is the way to do it.

What a Comfort!

I'm so glad that Pink Dot was there to check in on my cats each day during my recent vacation! It was such a comfort and made us feel better to know that our cats had some company each day, and were obviously well cared for. It was also nice to periodically call Pink Dot just to check in and see how the cats were doing. I so appreciate this accommodating service, and plan to use it again as well as tell my friends.
