I HIGHLY recommend Pak Mail – Anderson Mill (13359 N. Highway 183, Suite 406, Austin, TX 78750). I had the most pleasant customer service experience today. The gentleman at the front counter, Joel, was very attentive and greeted me with a lovely smile. He went above and beyond in meeting my customer needs, e.g. he taped by package and provided peanut fill free of charge. He presented various shipping options and provided me with a low-cost option that met my shipping needs. Thank you Joel! I really appreciate your quality customer service. - Angela
THEY REALLY CARE! – I had to send a computer monitor to Missouri the other day. Joel took care of everything and the monitor arrived in good shape. My niece was thrilled.
And I was sending out little gifts to friends in Missouri, Oregon and Texas. Joel and Mirissa took the time to look into rules for 'package size limits' - turned out my little packages were too small so we put them in padded envelopes and they took care of printing all the labels. Thanks guys - you're great!
Great service!! – Every time I have had to have something shipped that I needed to know 100% it will be somewhere by my deadline I go to this Pak Mail. Even if it means extra trips Vs using a one stop print an ship place.. I know they will do what I need.. Keep Up the great service!!

Living Ordinary Life with Extraordinary Grace – My role: customer from hell. Had packed the goodies, badly, had X amount to spend, was willing to take a chance on everything getting there in one piece. Look on the young woman's face on other side of the counter said, you're bad, lady, not mine, in the most polite way imaginable. She taped the box. Taped it again. Sighed. At least it will have a fighting chance now, she said. Sign here. I signed. Pay here. I paid. Thank you for your business. I left. Sat in my car. Came to my senses. Went back in and requested a do-over. Undid the done. Many fewer went in the box this time, but I felt comfortable they would arrive safely. Then, of all things, Joel calls me this afternoon to tell me the package got there. How cool is that? Very. I called Indiana - yes, all well with the contents - the very fragile contents. Great service. I am happy to say that this is my from now on shipping place.

Fast, Quick, Great – Recommend!
I always ship my packages at this location, Joe, the owner is very helpful. In and out in less than 5 min - wonderful service. This location is right inside the mall area by blockbuster, easy parking
If you don't want FedEx/UPS, ask for the Postal service rate and you will have an alternative shipping price.
If the lines are long - which is rare- it is STILL shorter than the lines at the post office. And you don't have to wait 20 min to ship a package like the post office at Balcones.

reliable shipping for business or personal goods – I've used this location to ship many times. I almost never have a box so they build a box for me. My items always arrive on time and undamaged. These guys are pros!

ABSOLUTE WORST STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! – THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PACKING AND SHIPPING STORE THAT I HAVE EVER GONE TO. I DECIDED TO GO BY THERE A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO BECAUSE I NEEDED TO SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY MOM AND A FRIEND RECOMMENDED THIS STORE TO ME, BUT IT WAS THE WORST MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE!!! FIRST OF ALL, THERE WAS AN EXTREMELY LARGE MAN WORKING AT THE STORE THAT MADE ME WAIT UP IN THE FRONT OF THE STORE FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES BEFORE HE CAME UP TO HELP ME AND WHEN HE FINALLY MADE IT UP THERE, HE DIDN'T EVEN SAY HI TO ME!! THEN, HE ASKS ME WHEN I NEED MY PACKAGE THERE AND I SAID TO SHIP IT THE SLOWEST WAY POSSIBLE AND THE COST OF IT WAS STILL ALMOST $30!!! AND WE AREN'T TALKING ABOUT A VERY BIG BOX EITHER. IT WAS ABOUT THE SIZE OF A SHOEBOX. FINALLY, WHEN I DECIDED TO NOT SPEND THAT KIND OF MONEY TO SHIP THE PACKAGE, HE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME AND VERY CONDESCENDING WHEN I TOLD HIM I WOULD BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THIS STORE SHOULD DEFINITELY GET A LESSON IN ETIQUETTE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. HOPEFULLY, THEY WON'T BE IN BUSINESS TOO MUCH LONGER!!!

No one should wait more than a few seconds if we're in the back working, and most certainly not 10 minutes. And all customers should get a friendly greeting. The Best Customer Service – My brother who resided in Cedar Park Texas passed away this month. I live in Bethlehem Pennsylvania. I needed someone to go to his home, pick up some precious art work my mother had painted and ship the items to Pennsylvania.
I spoke the Joel. He helped me through every step including the best and most cost effective shipping for these precious paintings.
In a age of almost no customer service, Joel went above and beyond. My family and I cannot thank him enough!

two awful experiences – I went here in the summer and was charged almost 60 dollars to fedex 4 paperback books in state. I thought it was ridiculous but they gave me no other alternatives in cost. I really should've been charged about half. Today I called another Pak Mail by accident and was quoted a 21 dollar 2 day charge. I went to this location(thinking I'd talked to them earlier) but they indicated the same fedex would cost me 30. When I told the woman of the difference in price, she abruptly handed me my envelope and advised me to go to the other location. I went about 3/4 of a mile to a Fedex Kinkos up the street and paid 20. What a joke.
I'm sorry you had a problem, however, you've confused us with another place. I was the only one working the store today and you weren't here. I'm not a woman and I would know if this happened since I was alone all day.
We work with our customers to get their package to its proper destination in the time needed. A 2 day package costs about half an overnight, so you're not comparing apples to apples. We always offer alternatives if the first choice is too much. Had you been in our store and the overnight cost was more than you wished to pay we would offer other, slower options.
Your first comment tells me you were elsewhere. At our store, we would have told you most of TX gets delivered next day by ground and certainly within 2 days. Unless you needed the package there by 10:30 the next morning there was no reason to send it air and we would have told you that.
Please use care writing reviews. It's frustrating when anyone can write whatever they want, even if it's not us.
