Excellent vehicle repair shop!

I have had every one of my vehicles repaired with Austin Auto Refurbishing. They provide excellent service and have always treated us well. I don't know who the other poster was talking about because everyone who works for them has always been ready to help us in any way they could. I have recommended them to others and have always heard good things about them. I would give them my highest rating.

Great Prices, and Great service!

The Service Was outstanding. These guys really pay attention to detail! They caught on to stuff that i had totally not even seen. Prices were very cheap compared to B&B. All the staff was very nice and they explained very well what they were going to need to do and showed me exactly how much every thing was going to cost. I am happy to say that my car looks as good as new if not better. Definitely will use these guys again.

save your time and your money

These guys can't meet a deadline, even though they "guarantee" you they will have your car done. And they do sloppy work to boot. We used them because they were reasonably priced. Not suspiciously low, not crazy high; however, I feel like we were totally ripped off. Not sure if they are just too busy to keep up or pay closer attention to detail or what. If they are that busy then they shouldn't take in new customers and "guarantee" their work done by a specific day. To top it off, the manager type guy that we dealt with when we picked up the car was a condescending disinterested a-hole who kept blowing us off. If they were polite or apologetic about the delay or in any way friendly providing customer service, I wouldn't be nearly as ticked off. But that guy was a creep . I've heard that the owner is nice and easier to deal with, but he still let his crew do a crappy paint job...
