Recommended!. Totally impressed with the staff here! I was referred to Ulitimate Staffing from a friend that found a job through them and met with Ledgent which is the accounting division. They were working with a few companies that I was trying to get my foot in the door with and ended up landing a job with one of them! The interview was a little longer than what I've experienced in the past but ended up being time well spent. They really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. 2 thumbs up!

Ultimate Staffing - Columbus Ohio. Shady outfit, huge turnover, over 40 need not apply for this staffing agency. This agency is only interested

in 18 - 29 age group as they can make more money off of the labor with their *clients*. There is no clear outline of communication between the staff agency, *client*, employees/temps, of job hours, days of work, work piece count, job location, job expectations.The staff agency says one thing and the *client* says the complete opposite to the employee temps. Temp employees are sent to work sites without adequate supplies and complete information to do the work assignment. Hourly pay promised to temp employees is NOT what is actually paid out. Stay away from this staffing agency !

Don't work for them if you like getting your check. This company is EXTREMELY shady. If you don't have direct deposit they will screw you out of your check, and then you have to wait weeks and weeks for them to "re-issue" it. And they give you the lame excuse that the mail takes 10 days, which is utter BS.

Not A Good Staffing Firm - Stay Away!!!. This staffing firm makes you fill out a job application for jobs that don't really exist.

Your constantly calling and emailing them and they never return the call or emails.

I ended up having to go with another staffing firm to get help.

I wouldn't recommend this place on my worst enemy.
