Finally, a talented AND reasonably priced designer!

I was renovating a 110 year old cottage that I own as a rental property. Jan helped me pick the exterior paint colors, the interior paint colors and the types of tiles for the bathrooms. The cottage turned out so beautifully that when I put it on the market, I received 3 rental offers in 2 days. Her work is just great AND was very very reasonably priced.

I’ve used Jan for years and cannot say enough good things about her. She’s helped me with numerous projects – both personally and for clients. From a professional/Realtor perspective, she’s excellent at staging vacant and occupied homes. Or if you don’t want to do w/ a space, call Jan and she’ll figure it out for you! Her consultation service for sellers is excellent. She goes through the home with a fine tooth comb and provides a valuable written report to both the seller and the agent/myself. Personally, she’s been awesome at helping me with move-in solutions when we move (and we tend to move a lot!). She fantastic at arranging furniture, hanging photos, etc. She can decorate w/ the things you already own or shop for you. She is great at understanding your taste, goals, and the way you live, and picking out things to compliment items you already have while working within your budget! She just recently did a master bedroom remodel and paint consultation. While nothing changes w/ the footprint of the master bedroom, it feels totally new all the touches she added! She a 10 in my book! I’ll use her again and again!

Griffin Interior Makeovers!!

Jan and her team really transformes interiors! I only had one goal where it came to getting our hometender properties staged. 'Getting the most for my money!'. I did extensive research and found nothing but possitive comments about 'Griffin Interior Makeovers'. I met with Jan and a few months later she started working with us.

She has transformed several of our vacant homes into a professionally staged look in just a few hours. It is simply amazing to see what someone with true talent can do in such a short period of time. My hat is off to Jan and her team and I look forward to working with them for a very long time! Thanks Jan
