I heart Trivia @ Third Base!. I have recently discovered Trivia at Third Base. It is so fun. We have a group that goes there now every Tuesday. We have placed a few times and the prizes are $75 gift card for first place and $40 for second and $20 for third. We loved the Saturday Night Live and 80's movie rounds! We didn't win the free pitcher of beer for best team name again though this time...next time....next time! I have always loved going to Third Base but now I love it even more. I am a trivia nerd to the max and this trivia is so much better than other bars that TRY to have fun trivia but its just always disappointing. Thanks Third Base!!!

Horrid Beer Selection, Poor Management. I used to love Third Base. They advertise "good" beer and "good" beer selection. Not so much. If you want macrobrewed domestics that you can get anywhere, go to Third Base. If you are looking for a tasty microbrew or two, find another place. As for the food, it is average, but pricey.

Now, here's the kicker. Not a fan of the management. I have set up a couple events with them. Reserved room. But, when we show up, we are greeted with "just find a place to stand." And, then constantly, "You can't stand here. We are serving the people at the tables." Not impressed.

On a positive note, the facilities are awesome. Bathrooms are great.

good place to watch a game!. I highly recommend this place to watch a game! Much bigger than most sports bars and the food isn't have bad. The waitress was nice and didn't have attitude like some. I'll be going back for every game!

Mopac-adjacent sports bar and happy hour spot boasts plenty of free garage parking and flatscreen TVs.. In Short
Expect crowds of sports fans and after-work happy hour groups enjoying the large projector screen and unobstructed views of the three dozen TVs. More than just a testosterone-filled beer bar, Third Base provides a full menu including the popular Mama Beaver's chili, mini corn dogs and sliders, wings and burgers. There's always a game on one of the screens and those inclined to more participatory pleasures can play darts or participate in a Monday, Tuesday, Friday poker match.
