DO NOT GIVE YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS BUSINESS. They completely lost my clothes, then angrily told me too bad and that they hold no responsibility. Let alone loosing all of my business clothes, this is one of the rudest businesses I've ever interacted with.

Overall Good. Overall, the clothing I got back was in good shape - some tops, a coat, jeans, a skirt, etc. all came back looking nice.

My main complaint is about a dress that is labeled 'spot clean only'. I asked over the phone if Cathy's could take care of this garment, and I also talked to the cleaner when I dropped my things off. I was told not to worry, Cathy's would take care of it. Well, my dress is nice and clean now, but it still has those darn stains.

I'm going to try my luck with another cleaner for this dress - one that will hand wash it instead of dry cleaning it.
