Love the people and the massage. I'm very pleased! I have been going for almost a year, and have never been disappointed. My therapist always asks what my needs are, and focuses on the problem areas. Friendly, helpful staff.

Worst customer service on membership. I cancelled my membership and had auto paid for one more massage. They said even though I paid the 49.. for the massage I could not use it unless I sign another year membership, BuLL! I will never go back to this location or any massage envy again, Im mad.

great customer service. this location seems to be the only one who actually cares about their clients and will actually respond to any complaints they have. despite the fact that i have never been to this particular location, the owner (jenn) took the initiative to ask about my complaints and helped me, when the owner (anjelie) at the hancock center location basically accused me of lying and trying to scam them. would highly recommend

mediocre massage for a cheaper price. This place is o.k. The price is right, though. Some of the therapists are great, some are horrible and management doesn't seem to care when you complain about the bad ones. Turnover is pretty high here.

Hi and thank you for taking the time to write a review about my Massage Envy clinic in Circle C. I'm sorry that the therapist you had on your visit wasn't a good match for you. We have 40 therapists on staff and only 5 have not been with us 6 months yet. A few of our therapists have transfered to my north clinic, but our turnover is quite low actually. We don't hire anyone out of school and most of our therapists have many years experience.
We try to ask a lot of questions when scheduling appointments so that we can link you with the best suited RMT for your specific needs. Please call me directly when thinking about rescheduling so that I can help you get the right therapist for your needs. Calling a few days or a week ahead will help ensure that more RMT's are available, thus increasing your chances for a better fit. You can always make standing appt.s with the one or two that you find a good fit with.
