Worst cut and color in Austin!. I don't usually write reviews but this time, I just had to.

This has got to be one of the worst experiences I have had. This salon was recommended by a co-worker. She assured me that the owner was really good and professional and was even a hair expert and taught at a school. She has a lot to learn about her hairdressing skills and especially her management skills.

It was the worst and most expansive cut and color I have ever received. I called to complain about it and left a message for the owner Henri to call me back as I had mentioned to her at my appointment that I was not happy with the results. She assured me that it would "grow on me". No one bothered to return my call. I left 3 messages over the next 2 weeks. I finally reached the receptionist/ assistant and she told me that her manager had told her that there was nothing wrong with my hair.

DO NOT GO to this place unless you are a looking for terrible service, cut and color and attitude. She may tell everyone that she is the one of the best in the country but she certainly has a lot to learn!
