They go above and beyond!!. I went to InStep because I needed my orthotics adjusted. The Pedorthist at Instep is named Stephen and he is truly amazing. He met with me and gave me 2 different add ons for my orthotic to try and called me several times to see how they were feeling and to ask which one was working better. He emailed my podiatrist during the week to let him know what I had told him. I gave Stephen the orthotics so he could permantly attach the add ons and he offered to re-align them with a cushionier fabric to help my feet. He is a truly amazing guy that goes above and beyond to help you and I recommend Instep and Stephen to ANYONE that has foot/ankle/ knee pain.

Nice service and quality sandals are worth the drive.. Even though I bought clearance sandals, I was treated nicely and everyone smiled and showed kindness to my children, too. I can't afford expensive shoes very often but I see the value in quality products sold by people who really help you. I am happy to drive across town to buy them from your store whenever possible!

(Being able to get my Birkenstocks re-soled at your store is a plus! Your repair shop did a really nice job.)

CUSTOM SHOES ORDERED BY MY DOCTOR FOR A DISABILITY. I had to have a pair of shoes customized because of a disorder of my foot, which cost round $40.00.

I needed an alteration after the shoes were customized and the store charged me extra.
