Worst customer service ever!. Worst company ever, don't waste your time. Rude over the phone, work not guranteed. Had my garage fixed, a cable broke and my door had come off the track. Tech shows up, works for about 40 minutes and hands me nearly a $300 bill of which $180 is labor. 27 days later after only opening my door three times a cable they put on comes off on the fourth open. Call company and they blow me off, say it's not there problem and that it is not covered under there warranty. Really $180 labor for 40 minutes of work and you won't fix your own mistakes!
