Took time and listened. Very detailed in taking notes, and it was reflected in the work during and after install. He went over the job after completion and showed me things I had forgotten I asked for. That never happens.

REALLY GREAT COMPANY. TriStar Commercial is the best security alarm that I have ever had. ( I've been through a lot of them) Not only is the alarm Monitoring very very good, but the surveillance systems are great!!!! The employees explained everythnig that I needed to know about the alarm monitoring and the key pad. They were very patience with me :-) I've told all my friends and family about TriStar and that this is the company to go to for your security alarm, and alarm monitoring!!!!!!

GREAT COMPANY. The TriStar Commercial employees were not only on time, but ahead of schedule and kept me advised of their estimated time of arrival. Their communication skills were excellent & they explained everything to me clearly & concisely. They were professional, quick & efficient and very knowledgeable in their field. I researched alarms on line & their placement & responses to my questions lined up precisely. I’m very impressed with their work & will refer them to family, friends & acquaintances. Probably a good company. Probably a good company; however, they do not return phone calls. You leave messages with the monitoring service...so it actually may the fault of their monitoring service to relay the message. Now there's a more frightening thought! The monitoring service may not be able to contact people or relay messages. So who knows where the fault lies; however, in any case, with three attempts and no response...it was time to find another security service!
