The team sent by The Maids did an AWESOME job making our messy house shine. Clutter didn't stop them. It was easy to set an appointment; the team showed up on time; they were fast, and they did a great job. I would hire them for a deep spring cleaning any time!

Consistently do a great job. If there are any problems they are always addressed promptly. Trustworthy. I have been happy for 5 years.

Want it done right the first time?DON'T use "The Maids"!

I had scheduled a move out clean earlier this week. I was quoted a price range of $274 to around $308 plus tax, depending on total length of time it takes them to clean the house. It was explained to me that there are 4 people per cleaning crew and that I would basically be charged for a two hour minimum.

I visisted the house later that evening, and the job was mediocre for the price! They did not clean the stove or wipe out the refridgerator, and left stains of cleaning solution in bathtubs from not being rinsed out properly, all of which was brought to my attention by the new residents moving in that evening!

My credit card was charged for $349.00!

When I called to inform "The Maids" of the results and for my misquote, I got "Why didn't you call us sooner, we would've been happy to come back out and correct the mistakes", and did not offer any, or part, of a refund for the mistakes or for the misquote!!

The point is, if you want a good job done right the first time, DON'T use "The Maids"!!

Anyone can outclean the maids; I do not recommend this company

My husband and I were tired of always being behind in cleaning our house, and we wanted a reliable, detailed cleaning service, so we did some research and hired The Maids Home Services as their motto is, "Nobody Outcleans the Maids", and they have a very detailed cleaning process. For several months we have had them clean our home and nearly every time I had to have them come back and re-clean. They were always nice when they had to come back and even have a quality control person, but that was not enough. We were not asking for anything out of the ordinary. Thorough dusting and cleaning of the floors and fan blades, bathrooms, etc. They neglected to clean anything but the toilet bowls; leaving the seat of the toilets and top of the tank dusty and dirty. Our fan blades were consistently dusty as were the floors; at times they left foot prints on the hard wood and left their cleaning rags in our bath tub and stair case railing.

They leave feedback cards after every clean, which I filled out and had repeated discussions with the quality assurance supervisor about specific things that needed done each time, and regardless of what I did, rarely were the things cleaned that I asked. The prices they charge are entirely too high for the low level of quality this company provides.
