Shoppers and sellers on a break mix with local officials in booming Second Street District's branch of this popular coffee spot. Name appropriate, all Austin Java is home-roasted. Six air pots keep it fresh--three regular (from the Americas, Africa and the islands), one unflavored decaf and one flavored each in regular and decaf. Goodflow juices and wine also available, as is the local artwork on the walls. Creative sandwiches, such as smoked turkey with cranberry chutney, bring in a steady lunch crowd.
