I really enjoy this place. I prefer a deep massage with lots of pressure which is why when I go, I see Henry. He is always professional. I went once to a woman there that I did not care for but now that I have found this particular therapist, I couldn't be happier.

My husband bought me a membership and it is a complete waste of money. The customer service is terrible and trying to cancel my membership is going on 3 months now. I went there and asked to cancel, I was told to fax the request as I couldn't do it in person. Then the fax didn't work. So I called back and was told to come in to cancel. I have 4 hours left to use and honestly do not even want to use what I already paid for. The 2 massages I have received are terrible. Last time I only got the right side of my body massaged, I think she just forgot about my left arm and leg. It is very strange and not worth the money. I went to the one at the Arbor Walk. My advice is to stay far, far away.
