Incredible Core Strengthening

I've been working out with Cheryl since she came to town 4 years ago and I have nothing but RAVES for her. She took a cardio junkie whose thyroid crashed out and turned me into a lean, mean, abs machine. I work out with a cardio trainer as well and he is SHOCKED by the things by Cheryl trained abs can do. I've lost over 9 inches around my mid-section since starting with her and I recommend her to anyone looking for tone and balance. She also excels in working around injury!
- Pros: One of only trainers in town to teach Gyrotonics AND pilates with a PT staff in office
- Cons: she's popular and hard to get an appointment with unless you plan ahead
