I will never use them again!. I was very unhappy with my experience at Austin Watch and Jewelry. I took my brand new engagement ring into them to have it sized. When I received it back, there were slight ripples in the gold. They were very rude, and pointed out that it must have already been there....that they could not have done it! After having it evaluated by a jeweler/family friend in another city...they assured me that it was done by them and completely explained why it happened. When I took it back to have them fix it, they did not do a good job at all! Customer service is obviously not their first priority! I highly advise going somewhere else!
