Lone Star Land Design took several thousand dollars from us and never started the project. Now they won't return phone calls. Message are full. When I brought a bad review to their attention, several five star reviews (obviously authored by them) popped up the following day. Stay away at all costs!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS With TREY JONES. STAY AWAY! President TREY JONES has a history of accepting money for landscape design and NOT DELIVERING. Along the way - little or NO COMMUNICATION - NO DELIVERY. So Consumer BEWARE! Money must be tied up with other businesses: Great Divide Fence & Texas Ranch Hands. REPEAT - DO NOT USE....if you wish to avoid headaches, time, money and effort!!!!

Great Pool and Landscape Company!!!!. This company was wonderful. The designer was great, the construction crews were top notch, we could not have asked for a better experience.

They built us a pool, patio and installed a new landscape in the front and backyards. It looks amazing and they never once came back saying it was going to cost more than what our original contract said. Great Job!

Project well done!!!. These guys designed and constructed a pool, extensive outdoor living area as well as landscaped the entire property.

We live on lake Austin and are very particular about our property and the entire staff at lone star land design was exceptional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend them!

Lone Star Land Design Great GUYS.. Hey, if you need to have a job done right these are the guys. I cannot tell you how great it was dealing with TREY JONES and the guys at Lone Star Land Design. I had a really difficult project to deal with. I fired the first company because they just could not get it right.

I hired Trey and man everything went great. They kept me under budget and made it so easy.

Best Landscapers in Town. Just finish up with these guys. Wow! How cool to be treated like a respected customer. It was simply an absolutely wonderful experience. I was so happy that I decided on Trey and his crew. They just impressed me so much. We signed the contract and they did everything they said they would.

I would refer them to anyone.

Best Landscapers in TEXAS!!!!. I have to tell you what a pleasure it was doing business with Lone Star Land Design. The bent over backwards for me and my family. First of all I'm not an easy person to please. Trey and his team just made everything work so smoothly. The pool was going to be the real monster on this project. But the design team made it happen. I wish everyone in Austin would use these guys. Because when they finished the project brought tears to my eyes. It was simply Beautiful!!!! Trey your a real businessman. Great Work, Great Service!. We hired Lone Star Land Design and our experience was fantastic. We met with a lot of companies before choosing LSLD. Trey and his staff were great from the design all the way through the implementation of our project. LSLD designed and installed a covered patio, outdoor kitchen and a complete landscape remodel. All of the crews were very nice and easy to deal with. We recommend them highly to everyone we can.

Lone Star Land design are amazing!!!!!. Lone Star Land design are amazing!!! They transformed our yard!!!!

We seriously had plants dying or dead, weeds everywhere and basically a huge mess of plants I planted myself without any knowledge of where to actually put them. I can not explain to you how much better our yard looks now that Lone Star Land design had worked their magic! Everything went very smooth and professional he gave us a plan of what he could do for our yard and it was awesome. He is very reasonably priced as well. We decided to work with him and he was out to our house a few days later already working! Everything was finished in a very timely fashion as well.

Bottom line, Lone Star Land design is pretty awesome!

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE! Warning!!!!!!. Worst building experience ever!

Used Lone Star Land Design (LSLD) for an extensive outdoor addition. Our experience was marked by structural mistakes, aesthetic mistakes, lack of concern, no oversight, and extremely poor and untrustworthy communication. LSLD was not paying their subcontractors on our job which resulted in several subs threatening liens on our home. (In retrospect we should have required lien wavers from all subs.) Trey would NOT answer or return our phone calls or emails when we tried to contact him about these issues...for days!! He is obviously in over his head and has no idea how to handle multiple projects. This project wreaked havoc on our lives and I would definitely NOT recommend LSLD!
