We recently had our counters done in Granite by Granite 4 Less. We love them. The backsplash that they did as well is gorgeous.. I want to spend more time now in my kitchen. Once they completed the kitchen counters we had them remodel our Master Bathroom with a frameless shower with Travertine and an amazing accent on both the wall as well as the tile floor they put in. They did all the plumbing, electrical as well. I loved the experience as I did not have to be present most of the time and Mike the owner handled it all with his crew. I highly recommend their services for anyone in the Austin area.

I would highly recommend this company. They just did my granite counters and my bathroom remodel and I could not be happier. They were timely and clean as well. Great job and I would recommend to anyone looking for a local company who is reliable

Run, Run, Run!!!. Do not pay this guy upfront. He will walk away with your money and you will never see him again. The Granite supplier we choose are granite from refuses to sell him Granite. Stay away!

RUN!! This is the worst contractor ever.. No workmanship, do not pay in cash or up front no matter the discount. Mike will ask you to make the check payable to him not his company. This should have been a red flag to us. Materials are of poor quality. This was the worst experience ever we were scammed for at least 7K on an overall project cost of 20K. We had to get another contractor in to demo and redo – tile floor, shower pan, granite counter top, and drywall. Still trying to get the electrical fixed. They cost us at least 6 weeks on the project timline. Their large dumpster bag is still in our front yard. They made a mess of my house and property. No respect for anything. I am sure Mike is laughing all the way to the bank with our money.

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. CONTRACTORS BEWARE. Mike gives tons of excuses not to pay. He has you start a job that does not have enough materials to finish. He than refuses to pay. He completes the job(only a little left) himself. He'll give you the run around about materials not showing up pretty much until you give up. Do not work for Granite 4 less or Mike the owner.

Run fast, they are terrible. I just finished dealing with Granite 4 Less, 2 months after my install was complete. I heard lie after lie from the owner of this company:

- "We do all the work ourselves" (they subbed out all the work)

- "The cabinet guy is behind schedule" (the check g4less wrote to the cabinet company bounced and delayed my project over 2 weeks)

- "I will install your granite tomorrow" (I heard this on 7 consecutive days, and had to badger him to not have more delays)

- "I stand behind my work" (I was overquoted, overcharged, and was avoided)

- "You need a sink cutout & the additional square footage for it" (I received neither and didn't need either, and then had to fight continually for 2 months for a refund)

- "I'll get back to you tomorrow" (I heard this at least 20 times, the owner Mike stopped answering my calls hoping I would go away. I called him & the office almost daily...)

All this said: Granite 4 Less did not install my cabinets or granite, which I paid them for.. Someone else did both. The final product is good, but they had no hand in it. They used my money to pay for other projects and delayed mine. RUN!!

RUN! RUN! This company will ROB YOU!!. The work this company does is UNBELIEVABLY BAD!! They show up and work for a day and disappear. This happened to my neighbor - she paid them a bit up front, they came in did one day's worth of TERRIBLE work and never came back. Never responded to phone calls, and the workers that showed up were kids. Ridiculous. Help put this swindler out of business by taking your job elsewhere.

Horrible Company and Service. by far one of the worst companies to deal with,,, our project is over 3 weeks late and you can't get the owner Mike to respond.. Workers are sloppy and they actually thought it was ok to grind granite in my house???They ran out of material and they tried to put other pieces of granite together to make it look similar to what I purchased??They use a slick bait and switch tactic to offer you a low price up front and then under order the granite and try to get you to pay for the additional pieces.. do not use this company they are a scam...

Good Pricing, Service was OK. I'm not sure what people were expecting for the price they paid. These guys have the best prices in town but their service isn't top notch. That being said, you get what you pay for. Crazy how people want rock bottom pricing but white glove service. if you need top notch service there are plenty of guys in town that will charge you almost twice as much as granite for less..trust me, we got quotes from three different granite contractors.

Horrible work!. My experience was exactly the same as the others. I waited all day after being told we were first on the list. After multiple phone calls, the workers showed up at 5:30. They finished around 9:00. The guy who came to install the sink didn't have any tools. He was using my husband's. My husband, who is a commercial contractor, was supervising his work. When it became clear the gentleman didn't know what he was doing, my husband asked him to leave. He was drilling scraps of wood into my cabinets. The next day the owner's son came to grout. It was horrible. Immediately it was flaking off. There were holes and gaps left in multiple places. No effort was made to clean any of the mess. I had grout all over my floor and countertops. The new grout used didn't come close to matching the existing grout. We refused pmt until things were fixed. He came back the next day to caulk (which was never done) and to fill in the holes. I was told that my grout couldn't be matched because it was dirty! I live in a fairly new home. The area he was testing was not even in a food service area. By this time, I just chalked it up to lesson learned. My husband had spoken with the owner several months before the job was done and decided he didn't care for him. He said he was very rude. The owner called back to apologize and used a personal problem as his excuse. I was the one who pushed him to move forward and give the guy a chance. I won't question my husband's instincts again!!!!!
