The Leading Change program is my stopping point. Dear Alicia, The Leading Change program is my stopping point--I have stopped seeking something outside of me to improve my life, and now realize that it's all about my interpretation, intention, and response. What a relief! While I've been told many times to "be still and listen" and that "happiness is an inside job"..., these now actually hold meaning. I highly recommend the Leading Change course to anyone who wants to find peace of mind, and live life with passion, purpose, and ease. Highly Recommended. Alicia Marie has become an extension of my corporate team. The work we?ve done with her this past year has supported the development of a five-year strategic plan. We set an increased revenue goal of 75% for our fiscal year and we are on track to reach that goal! It has allowed us to add key staff positions to grow our business. Alicia has been integral to working with me on employee development and delegation and to assure that everyone is operating to their highest good for the company to continue to grow and prosper.

Excellent Coach!. I coached with Alicia during a very tough, slow real estate market. Alicia kept me on the positive path and away from desperation and frustration. Some of the best things I can imagine came from that coaching! I have had a lot of coaches in my career, but none as insightful or as tough as Alicia Marie

Thank You!. My company was my love but I had become burnt out and wasn?t sure I wanted it anymore. My first call, Alicia Marie identified everything that I was going through and helped me locate what the ?real issues? were. She talked me through my vision, and walked me through how to set goals. These, along with basic business principles were the foundation for my growth; and with my newly found vision, I was able to move forward. My confidence and inner strength is back. In addition, I feel like a much better leader with the skill set needed to take this company to the next level! I now want that for everyone in this company. Best of all, I really look forward to going to work again each day!
