She is TRULY AWESOME!! I don't often think of a hairstylist as a color "Godess" but in this case it applies. When I went to see Jevanie, my previous stylist had turned my hair into rainbow-bright's twin sister "rainbow-vomit" and I didn't know if anyone could do anything to help me, but Jevanie actually cleared her calendar for me the entire afternoon and fixed my hair without making my hair fall out of my head or burning my scalp, all of which were my nightmares. Thank you Jevanie for making it so I could go home and my husband would stop laughing at me. I appreciate it very much!

Do not listen to reviews years old! best stylist around!. I have been seeing Jevanie for almost a year now every four weeks for cut and everyother time for color. The other reviews are many years old and do not do this girl justice. I have always had a great experiance with her and I alway get ideas to change it up a bit to always staying trendy. Jevanie is great with color and I am so lucky to have found her after my box color disaster! Im not going to say she is speedy but she is maticulous and she always seems to find all the little hairs that stick out of my bob after I go home. Your first appointment will take about 1.5 hours most of that extra time she spends listening to what ur wanting and what your problems at home are to give you the best style for your time. When I get a full highlight, all over color, and cut I am ther 2.5 to 3 hours! Everyone go see Jevanie because there is not anyone better then her!

Thumbs Down. Do not be misguided by the recommendations of Eight Six It. The first 5 star rating is from a family member if not from Jevanie herself. Jevanie's last name is Larson... no suprise the user name is P Larson. All around, my experience was horrible!

My experience was not so great.... I decided to make an appointment at Eighty Six It after seeing it on citysearch and also because the proximity of my work. I have thick blonde hair and like to get it highlighted. For this service, it took close to five hours, much longer than ever before and also cost more than I have every payed. She is a nice lady but I did not think the quality matched up with the price as my hair turned out very brassy and unflattering. I have since found a hairstylist that I really love and will not be going back to Eighty Six It again.

Is Your Stylist Not Listening?? "86" them.. Seriously!. I have been to quite a few different stylists in Austin and have had my hair cut and colored for quite a few years. I have always thought my hair looked "all right". But, when I went to Jevanie to get my hair styled she took the time to listen. She listened to what I did for a living, how much time I had to spend on it every day. My hair no longer has "a cookie cutter look!" It's unique! It looks so great! It is really easy for me to take care of and really looks healthy! The color looks better than it has in years! I'm so greatful that I found Jevanie! I wish I would have found her a long time ago! She also has special scheduling times that always fit into my work schedule so I never have a problem getting an appointment. This has been the best decision that I have made in years as far as a stylist goes.
