Go to a different Sonic!. I normally try not to be critical as I have made mistakes in the past. I have gone to this Sonic ever since I've moved into my new apartment and it has been a huge mistake every single time but one. Everytime I go there my order is always messed up. I order a certain size drink or ice cream and that's wrong. I order a burger or hot dog with plus or minus something and that's always wrong. One time I ordered a blast with extra topping and the young girl at the window(who looked stoned) had the nerve to lie to me and say there was extra topping on it after I had sent it back. So I paid for the blast plus extra for the extra topping and basically got a shake with a couple snickers on it. Needless to say everytime I've gone there I've wasted my money. So now instead of driving 2min to that waste of a Sonic, I drive right past it and drive 20min round trip to the next closes Sonic.

You would think in these hard times a business like this would value it's customers instead of drive them away.

I would like to add it took me getting my order messed up 12 consecutive times before I turned to the internet to give this place a bad review!

Make sure to speak clearly. I know much cannot be expected from fast food, but I love Sonic out of many of the other choices.

This particular location the food is served by some friendly kids, but unfortunately every time that I have gone something in my order has been incorrect. None-the-less the food is still delicious even if I am forced to eat onions.

They have always nailed the drink orders, but if you are omitting something from your burger/sandwich/wrap I would highly recommend to speak clearly. Even if they repeat it back to you its still not a guarantee that it may show up correctly, but at least you tried. ;)

What Jerks. This place was a pain in the butt. First off- I'm driving to get there and can't find where to turn in. Then I park (mind you I'm the only car) I pushed the button and it took longer than 3 minuets for someone to come on to take my order. I thought this was fast food? I order a burger, tater tots, drink, and an icecream treat. The only thing that was good about any of that would be the crushed ice that came in my coke.

The burger was soggy, the tater tots where everywhere in the bag, coke was all over the cup, and my blast was like milk.

I pushed the button again, and the sweet carhop came back out and told me that they could remake it for me. I asked her to get the manager. This guy came out and sugar coated everything to me. He talked to me like I was 5. He said that he was sorry and that they will get this straightened out. He goes back inside. I guess someone still had their mic on or something, but I could hear the manager screaming at the cooks and the carhops. Not just telling them what to do, but putting them down. He was being a huge jerk to them telling them that they did everything worng. Yes they did have mistakes, but you never talk to people like that.

My carhop came back out with my food and apologized again. I asked her for the managers name (Jeff) and asked if he was nice. She gave me a shrug and a small smile.

I will never go to this sonic again because of that manager. If you work there I encourage you to quit because you should not be treated that way.

Retro-outfitted servers deliver burgers, malts and sandwiches to your car at this '50s-style drive-in chain.. In Short
Founded in 1953 as a hamburger-and-root-beer stand, this nostalgic eatery is known for its intercom ordering system and roller-skating carhops. While servers rarely roller skate anymore, the famous made-to-order, all-beef burgers and thick malts are still menu favorites. Other signature items include Toaster sandwiches (made with thick Texas toast), extra-long chili and cheese hot dogs and hand-battered onion rings and tater tots. Desserts include chocolate, vanilla and strawberry shakes and fresh fruit slushes.
