Unbelievably Good Service.
If you've never tried a Brazilian Steakhouse, you are in for a treat. Go hungry. Set your expectations...the meats come out in different frequencies on different days, depending on demand. You can request any of their 12 different kinds of meat AND you can request how you want it cooked, and they will do their absolute best to get it to you. And I mean that. The service at Estancia Churrascaria is simply unmatched in Austin. I cannot express how hard the servers work to make your experience enjoyable. This is a family owned restaurant, and they treat you like you are the most important customer they have ever had. Dinner is pricey, but definitely worth it.

Great Brazilian Food.
Icould go back there only for the Picana and the Cheese Rolls. But, they have this unique salad bar with lots to choose from. I have been to other Brazilian steak houses like, Boi na Braza and Fogo de Chao in Dallas, and Estancia is just as good if not better. Estancia is smaller and more casual, but that does not bother me because the food and the service there are amazing. The servers and the guys who serve the meats are really there to make sure that you are satisfied, and I saw the managers working together with the staff. No wonder this team is like an orchestra. I will be back for sure, I will try a week night this time, because on Saturday was a bit to crowded for me, but still a fun experience.

Great atmosphere.
I went to Estancia Churrascaria last night. I had a fantastic dinner, with lots of delicious meats, salads, and those cheese rolls were ridiculously good. I tried the "caipirinha", and it was the perfect drink , I loved it. And those guys with the sword were always so eager to serve. You can't go wrong here. They have good meats, plenty of salads and some sides. As for the desserts I tried the Papaya Cream (blend of ice cream and papaya topped with creme of cassis) and I am happy I did, it was very, very good. This is my kind of restaurant.

Great Steakhouse.
I love Estancia. The meats are delicious and the salad bar is perfect. The service is out of this world. The staff is friendly and professional, they make sure that you are satisfied. It is unbelievably amazing whe you find a place that has excellent service and delicious food for a reasonable price. I have become a regular at Estancia specially now with the special going on.

nice place but over priced.
Location is and restaurant is nice. Service is great. Over prices ($40) and up per person. Food taste is ok, not bad, i wouldn't give it excellent. staff and service are great no doubt. I will go back when prices become reasonable.

For the meat-lover - highly recommended.
Excellent place for a lot of variety. Come hungry because there is a lot to choose from. The have a huge salad bar and the waitstaff will actually come to the table and you get to pick what type of meat you'd like. This is not for the vegetarian but the meat-lover. This would be a great spot to feed a family of men.

Marathon meal.
So, I like hunks of meat. Get that meat flying onto my plate in here to fore unimagined quantities, and there is a very distinct possibility that angels were seated near by singing a Hallejula chorus. The atmosphere was casual, the service was just right, attentive but not intrussive.
With such an onslaught of meat coming one's way, it might be easy to over look all the other goodies that appeared on our table with a regularity that would have pleased an Army general, the polenta, the fried bananas, the most devine little rolls of light, yet creamy, buttery texture. We tucked in as though it might be our last. Considering the enormous quantities of delicious food we consumed, it may be our last meal for a good while.
